Interestingly enough, Dave started in television as a TV. He was the mascot for KSTC Channel 45 in the Twin Cities and wore a giant, orange TV costume. From there, made stops at KAAL-TV, Fox Sports Net, and KMSP Fox-9. You may also have seen him in the air! He's logged hundreds of hours as a reporter and photographer in various news helicopters.

Dave sees news reporting as a "daily adventure," as you "never know how the day will unfold and what you'll learn." In his spare time, you'll find him playing sports (both real and fantasy), going to a small-college football game, on the golf course, training for an adventure race, or at a local coffee shop. "I'm thrilled to be working in the Twin Cities," says Dave. It's an area I truly love."
