Alec Schierenbeck is a member of Orrick’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice.
Alec previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable David S. Tatel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and to the Honorable J. Paul Oetken of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He graduated from Stanford Law School, where he contributed to certiorari and merits stage briefing as a member of the school’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Before law school, Alec worked in local government in New York City.
