Kimberly Wehle (pronounced “Whale-ee”) is an author, lawyer, media commentator, and Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is also a former Assistant United States Attorney, Associate Independent Counsel in the Whitewater Investigation, and author of the forthcoming book, “The Outsourced Constitution: How Public Power in Private Hands Erodes Democracy,” to be published in 2018 by Cambridge University Press.<br>
