Carol A. Smock spent 13 years in the Call Center Industry as a Technology Implemenation Project Manager, Call Center Director and Call Center Consultant and Management Trainer. Today she serves small businesses by helping develop and implement Customer Relationship Management strategies. She volunteered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for 6 years growing their Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. She is an active Christian attending Brentwood United Methodist Church. She enjoys hiking, yoga, and playing with Toffee Nut and Beignet. After Chip passed away, Smock adopted Goldie Goo Goo Cluster an 11-year old female she was told wouldn't live 6 months. Goldie passed away at the end of March, 2010 after a healthy and happy three years living with Smock and Toffee Nut.
