Biography
Lauren Leader, is the co-founder and CEO of All In Together. She has dedicated her life and career to advancing women in business and politics. Her writing and thought leadership appear in a wide range of publications including USA Today, New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, The Hill and many more.
She is a frequent speaker at a wide array of major forums including the Aspen Ideas Festival, Milken Global Conference, Silicon Slopes and the World Economic Forum in Davos. She is a regular commentator on MSNBC, particularly Morning Joe, and has appeared on most major news outlets including CNN, FOXNews, CBS and more. She is also the host of MAJORITY RULES on 2WAY TV.
In addition to her leadership of All In Together, Lauren works with a wide range of institutions to advance civic participation, women’s leadership and social good. Previously, when leading the global think tank Center for Talent Innovation (now CoEqual) where she was President and in her roles as an executive advisor at Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, she helped companies advance diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
Lauren was a 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar. From 2019-2023 she served as an elected member of the Town Council of Harrison New York. She is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a graduate of Barnard College.
