With over 20 years experience in Washington DC, Brian has served in a variety of capacities for five United States Senators. Most recently he worked as Senior Communications Director and General counsel for Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky. Prior to that he spent seven years at The Heritage Foundation as a Senior Fellow and Director of Government & State Relations.
Mr. Darling’s vast legislative, legal and media expertise enables him to provide clients with insightful cutting edge communications and coalitions strategies. His long tenure at a “Think Tank” affords him unparalleled relationships with influential non-profit advocacy organizations that often play a key role in shaping legislation.
