Ani Azadian offers the Azadian Law Group’s clients her unique insight and skillset, which she gained from working for multiple Judges and one of the country’s largest and most respected defense firms.

During law school, Ms. Azadian placed at the top of her class and was awarded multiple honors and scholarships. After graduating from law school, Ms. Azadian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin, who was appointed for a lifetime term by President Obama to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. In this role, Ms. Azadian evaluated cases alongside the Judge and authored numerous court decisions related to Constitutional rights, labor and employment matters, and consumer rights. She also assisted the court in weekly hearings and during complex trials. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Azadian served as a member of the judicial staff of the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Donna Fields Goldstein in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

After completing her clerkship, Ms. Azadian was recruited by the top firms in the country and worked as an Associate for the 139 year old New York-based, national firm, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, which is the premier law firm specializing in financial services and class actions. There, she represented Fortune 500 companies in complex consumer class actions, including claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), California’s Unfair Competition Law (UCL), and California’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).
