RICHARD B. HERMAN, ESQ is a high profile, accomplished defense attorney based in New York City with over 30 years of experience, specializing in complex criminal and commercial litigation. Mr. Herman grew up in White Plains, New York and holds an undergraduate degree from Lehigh University (1977 National Football Champions Division II and Grand Master Kappa Sigma Fraternity). Mr. Herman’s interest in the law was piqued when he interned in the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office, Easton, PA during his undergraduate years and in 1981, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Temple University School of Law.
