Tomi Lahren was born and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. She credits her love of politics to family dinners centered around the news of the day.

In 2010, Tomi moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. There she studied journalism and media as well as political science. She got the opportunity to experience a new side of politics when she interned for Congresswoman Kristi Noem (R-SD).

While at UNLV, Tomi hosted and associate produced the political roundtable show, “The Scramble” for UNLV-Television. The show allowed her to flex her commentary and hosting muscles.

Days after graduation, Tomi moved to San Diego, CA to begin work at One America News Network. Her vision: to create a new breed of political talk show. Tomi is the youngest show host in the political talk arena. Don’t let her age fool you, she knows her stuff and appreciates both like-minded and opposing voices.
