Biography
Darlene Superville is a veteran Associated Press reporter and has been covering the White House since the start of Barack Obama’s presidency. Before the White House assignment, Darlene was a supervisor on AP’s national political desk in Washington during the 2008 presidential election, a role she also held for the 2012, 2004 and 2000 contests. She has covered Congress and has been a features writer, in addition to other assignments. Darlene is a native New Yorker, a graduate of New York University and co-author of “Jill: A Biography of the First Lady.”
