Biography

Sarah Netburn has served as a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since August 16, 2012. Judge Netburn received her B.A. from Brown University in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2001. She clerked for the Clerked for the Hon. Harry Pregerson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Judge Netburn has worked in progressive, far-left organizations. She interned with the Pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Law & Policy (now Center for Reproductive Rights), she formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Fortune Society.
