Dave Rexrode is the Founder and CEO of Bluestone Strategies, a state-focused government, public affairs, and strategic management firm. He has spent more than two decades working to elect candidates at all levels of government and enact impactful policy initiatives across the country. He has worked on three presidential campaigns, managed two congressional campaigns and a gubernatorial campaign, served as the National Coalitions Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) and as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV). He has also managed and consulted on dozens of local and state legislative races across the country. In 2015, he became the Political Director of the Republican Governors Association (RGA) where he managed a $230 million political and independent expenditure budget that flipped multiple states and helped build the largest Republican gubernatorial majority in a generation. In 2019, he became the Executive Director of the RGA where he served as a senior political adviser to the nations 28 Republican governors, directed $400 million in support of the governors and candidates in all 50 states, and helped advance public policy initiatives across the country. A graduate of James Madison University, Dave lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife Kathryn, and their three children.
