James Reese is a retired member of the heralded United States Delta Force, where he served as a commander and leader. After 25 years in the military, Mr. Reese retired as a Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Army, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta—and soon founded TigerSwan in 2007. Today, TigerSwan is a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides Risk Mitigation, Crisis Management and Global Affairs consulting and services.
