David Peisner is a freelance journalist based in Atlanta, Georgia. His work has appeared in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, New York magazine, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Fast Company, Esquire, Atlanta magazine, Buzzfeed, Playboy, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He is the author of Homey Don’t Play That!: The Story of In Living Color and the Black Comedy Revolution, which was published in 2018 by Atria/Simon & Schuster.
