Brad Allen was born in New York, New York. Allen earned a bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in 1976 and an M.D. from Chicago Medical School in 1991. His career experience includes working as a pediatric heart surgeon and visiting adjunct clinical professor of surgery at the USC Keck School of Medicine.
