Vivian Ware serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping a progressive and inclusive workplace culture for over 110,000 Cast Members. With a strong focus on organizational development and change management, Vivian leverages her expertise to implement integrated solutions that embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) principles into the core business strategy. In her current role, Vivian provides tailored diversity consulting services to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), executives, and other HR functional partners. By collaborating with Disney University, she has successfully spearheaded the development and implementation of D&I leadership capabilities, conducting comprehensive needs analyses to ensure that training programs align with the organization’s goals.
