I’m a broadcast journalist with more than 30 years of experience at CNN. I currently lead entertainment news coverage for CNN Newsource, a position that includes management, producing, writing, voicework, copy editing, and conducting research and interviews.

Over the past three decades, I’ve contributed to news coverage on CNN, CNN Headline News, CNN Newsource, CNN International, CNN.com, and other company platforms. I have written and produced stories on everything from the Persian Gulf War to presidential elections to the death of singer Michael Jackson to the wide-ranging effects of the Coronavirus pandemic... and I broke the news of Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ misspelled star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I have served as an instructor at the University of Southern California’s renowned Annenberg School of Communications, teaching both undergraduate and graduate students the skills of broadcast writing, reporting, and producing.
