Biography
Tony Cabrera is a general assignment reporter for ABC7 Eyewitness News covering stories in Orange County.
He most recently worked at our sister-station in Fresno as a news anchor. He’s also worked in Santa Barbara, Tucson, Arizona and Toledo, Ohio. But he first appeared on ABC7 as a correspondent for the nationally syndicated entertainment show, “On The Red Carpet.”
Tony was born and raised in San Jose, but eventually moved to Los Angeles where he earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California. He and his wife are excited to be back in SoCal to raise their three children.
