Andrew F. Puzder (b. 1953) is chief executive of CKE Restaurants. He received his juris doctorate in 1978 from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and is a member of the California, Nevada and Missouri bar associations. Puzder has served as president and CEO of CKE since September 2000.

He is the company spokesperson who appears as the official advertising announcer in commercials for West Coast-based Carl’s Jr. and St. Louis, Missouri-based Hardee’s, respectively. He was awarded PR News’ 2005 Spokesperson of the Year.
