As a co-founder of Noble Consulting, Stan brings over 2 decades of experience working as a business, public affairs and political consulting professional specializing in economic development, public affairs, public relations, issues advocacy, marketing and branding, messaging and communications, fundraising and political organizing.

Partnered with Integrity Insurance, Stan focuses on working with locally owned businesses in the construction, agriculture and food processing, transportation, retail, manufacturing and hospitality industries.

With a heart for the community where he was born and raised, Stan serves as the Mayor of the City of Sandy, Oregon. He’s a civic leader and philanthropist for several worthy causes impacting our nation, state and local communities.
