Lawrence O’Connor (born June 23, 1967) is an American talk radio host on the Cumulus-owned heritage radio station WMAL-FM in Washington, D.C., and frequent television guest on the Fox News early morning show Fox & Friends as well as Fox News Channel’s Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld. In 2015 he married Meredith Dake.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, O’Connor grew up in the suburban township of Plymouth located between Detroit and Ann Arbor. In 1980 he moved to Newport Beach, California, and attended Corona del Mar High School.
