Biography

Ainsley Earhardt currently serves as co-host of FOX News Channel’s (FNC) FOX & Friends First (weekdays 5-6AM/ET). She joined the network in 2007 and is based in New York.

Most recently, Earhardt provided coverage of the Fort Hood base shooting, the murder investigation involving New England Patriot’s Aaron Hernandez and the death of actor James Gandolfini. Additionally, she has reported on the fatal EF5 tornado in Moore, OK and the ongoing discussions on immigration reform. She also contributed to FNC’s New Year’s Eve special, “All-American New Year” live from Times Square in New York City in 2014.

While at FNC, Earhardt has reported on many high-profile news stories including the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the 8.0-magnitude earthquake in China, which killed over 69,000 people. She has also provided the network with overnight breaking news cut-ins and has been a fill-in co-host for both FOX & Friends and FOX & Friends Weekend.

Prior to joining FNC, Earhardt served as an anchor for KENS-TV (CBS 5) in San Antonio, Texas and WLTX-TV (CBS 19) in Columbia, SC, where she was named “Best Personality of the Year” in Columbia Metropolitan Magazine.

Earhardt graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in journalism.
