Andy is the former Communications Director at the St. Paul Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. He has extensive public affairs, marketing and training experience in the law enforcement and public safety sectors at the local, state and federal levels. He’s been an instructor at Metro State University, the Minnesota BCA Senior Management series and the FBI’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar. He’s also spent the last ten years training and advising U.S. military leaders in strategic communications.
