Biography
Trace Gallagher, a Los Angeles-based correspondent, joined FOX News Channel (FNC) when it launched in 1996, and currently anchors breaking news for "America Live with Megyn Kelly," "Studio B" and "The Fox Report."
Before returning to Los Angeles, Gallagher spent five years in New York serving as co-anchor with Martha Maccallum on "The Live Desk." He was also the chief correspondent for "The Fox Report," and before that he hosted the weekend editions of both "The Fox Report" and "Studio B."
In more than 15 years at Fox, Gallagher has covered everything from the war in northern Israel to the Asian tsunami to the trial and death of Michael Jackson. He has worked out of Fox News bureaus in Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.
Prior to joining FNC, Gallagher served as an anchor/reporter at WCPX-TV (CBS) in Orlando, KYEL-TV (NBC) in Arizona, KVBC-TV (NBC) in Las Vegas and KTVB-TV (NBC) in Idaho.
