Helen Olivia Bicknell Whately is a British Conservative Party politician who has been the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Arts, Heritage and Tourism since 10 September 2019 and Member of Parliament for Faversham and Mid Kent since 2015. She is also the deputy chairwoman of the party.
