PERSON: Alexis Zotos

(KMOV) — Alexis Zotos joined News 4 in October 2014 as a General Assignment Reporter. Alexis is thrilled to be reporting back in her hometown of St. Louis.

To answer the big question, Alexis graduated from Ladue High School and earned her degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California.
Trading in the beach for the mountains, Alexis spent the last two years reporting for the ABC affiliate WATE in Knoxville. During her time in Tennessee, Alexis was a member of the I-Team and covered education and city government. She had the opportunity to travel to Louisiana to cover Hurricane Isaac and reported on the convention room floor in Chicago during President Barack Obama’s reelection in 2012.

Alexis has a passion for telling stories that make a difference and she’s excited to tell the stories of the community where she grew up.

In her spare time you can find Alexis trying out all amazing restaurants St. Louis has to offer, cheering on the Cardinals or hanging out at Forest Park with her rescue dog Ellie.
