Big 2025 News: New Features, New Stations, New Pricing

Happy New Year, MLK Day, & Inauguration Day. Today we're excited to announce a number of new features as well as another round of new stations. And at the bottom of this message, you'll also find an update on pricing. 

First, the latest features: 

1. Alerts history. Now when you navigate to your Alerts page, you will find a history of every alert sent, with each alert hyperlinked to its corresponding news item (print articles, news clips, full-length news recordings, radio shows, podcasts, etc.). 

2. Improved alerts emails. News alerts' emails have been upgraded to include previews, information about the source/show, as well as grouping by media bank (PodBank, PrintBank, ClipsBank, etc.). 

3. Alerts customization. You can now select how often alerts are sent: as soon as possible (default), hourly, or daily.

4. Real-time alerts. When keywords appear in the transcript of a live show, alerts are now generated and sent immediately.

5. Alerts filtering. Users can now choose specific media sources on the Alerts page (stations, shows, PrintBank source, or PrintBank region). The source field has autocomplete to help select the necessary source.

6. LiveShare packs. In addition to existing credit packs, users can now purchase LiveShare packs to supplement their account's usual allotment (e.g., 5 as the default for PR tier enterprise accounts, 3 for free, basic accounts, etc.).

7. LiveShare defaults. Users' LiveShare publicity status can be saved, so that these settings appear by default when setting up new LiveShares.

Finally, an update on pricing. We have resisted raising prices on individual clip orders for at least five years, but the thing to remember about good things is that eventually they end. Today the price on individual clip orders increases from $50 to $60. Clips Packs are still 12 for the price of 10. Pricing on 1080 HD clips remains the same. Additionally, pricing on the PR tier enterprise account is being increased from $500/month to $600/month. This update takes effect upon accounts' annual renewal. Our updated price sheet can be referenced here.
