Michelle Obama: Trump Administration Hypocrisy Giving Me ‘Low-Grade Depression’

M Obama You know ░░░░░░░░ ve gone through those ░░░░░░░░ highs and lows that ░░░░░░░░ think everybody feels where ░░░░░░░░ just don t feel ░░░░░░░░ And sometimes there had ░░░░░░░░ a week or so ░░░░░░░░ I had to surrender ░░░░░░░░ that and not be ░░░░░░░░ hard on myself and ░░░░░░░░ You know what you ░░░░░░░░ just not feeling that ░░░░░░░░ right now but HOST ░░░░░░░░ s unusual for you ░░░░░░░░ Obama It is unusual ░░░░░░░░ it is you know ░░░░░░░░ s a direct result ░░░░░░░░ just being out of ░░░░░░░░ of body out of ░░░░░░░░ And spiritually there are ░░░░░░░░ they are not fulfilling ░░░░░░░░ spiritually you know So ░░░░░░░░ know that I m ░░░░░░░░ with some form of ░░░░░░░░ grade depression Not just ░░░░░░░░ of the quarantine but ░░░░░░░░ of the racial strife ░░░░░░░░ just seeing this administration ░░░░░░░░ the hypocrisy of it ░░░░░░░░ in and day out ░░░░░░░░ dispiriting So I ve ░░░░░░░░ to kind of give ░░░░░░░░ that those days those ░░░░░░░░ But for the most ░░░░░░░░ staying in a routine ░░░░░░░░ a workout in trying ░░░░░░░░ get outside But schedule ░░░░░░░░ been key and having ░░░░░░░░ regular dinnertime And I ░░░░░░░░ finding that in quarantine ░░░░░░░░ look forward to that ░░░░░░░░ in our house what ░░░░░░░░ all do is go ░░░░░░░░ into our little work ░░░░░░░░ right Barack is in ░░░░░░░░ office making calls working ░░░░░░░░ his book I m ░░░░░░░░ my room the girls ░░░░░░░░ on their computers and ░░░░░░░░ we re outside if ░░░░░░░░ weather permits But we ░░░░░░░░ developed this routine of ░░░░░░░░ know we don t ░░░░░░░░ worry about seeing one ░░░░░░░░ in the day but ░░░░░░░░ around 5 o clock ░░░░░░░░ comes out of their ░░░░░░░░ and we do an ░░░░░░░░ like puzzles have become ░░░░░░░░ just sitting and doing ░░░░░░░░ 1000 piece puzzles The ░░░░░░░░ are just like into ░░░░░░░░ and we re all ░░░░░░░░ on the floor around ░░░░░░░░ table where the puzzle ░░░░░░░░ now permanently set up ░░░░░░░░ then we sit down ░░░░░░░░ dinner and we talk ░░░░░░░░ more and then afterwards ░░░░░░░░ girls and Barack and ░░░░░░░░ friend there they ve ░░░░░░░░ a Spades tournament so ░░░░░░░░ has taught the girls ░░░░░░░░ and now there s ░░░░░░░░ vicious competition.”
