in the outdoors ░░░░░░░░ I m also having ░░░░░░░░ specific that really helps ░░░░░░░░ to connect with myself ░░░░░░░░ And with everything around ░░░░░░░░ and I think clearly ░░░░░░░░ and it can really ░░░░░░░░ you said especially with ░░░░░░░░ just whether it s ░░░░░░░░ child or whether it ░░░░░░░░ an adult it s ░░░░░░░░ calming activity It s ░░░░░░░░ you feel like a ░░░░░░░░ again And just a ░░░░░░░░ to become really productive ░░░░░░░░ and happy adults And ░░░░░░░░ in childhood is so ░░░░░░░░ so I think that ░░░░░░░░ so critical Yeah Because ░░░░░░░░ s where everything starts ░░░░░░░░ I child develops I ░░░░░░░░ between zero to three ░░░░░░░░ old Yeah That brain ░░░░░░░░ develop And so to ░░░░░░░░ able to impact a ░░░░░░░░ at that age I ░░░░░░░░ you picked a critical ░░░░░░░░ and Just because ░░░░░░░░ need to be outdoors ░░░░░░░░ if it s fishing ░░░░░░░░ just being outdoors having ░░░░░░░░ playing I mean those ░░░░░░░░ really healthy things to ░░░░░░░░ in a stressful world ░░░░░░░░ you think the outdoors ░░░░░░░░ a good place for ░░░░░░░░ It s amazing it ░░░░░░░░ amazing for them I ░░░░░░░░ back in the beginning ░░░░░░░░ my career Actually I ░░░░░░░░ in graduate school at ░░░░░░░░ time Doing some clinical ░░░░░░░░ It was such a ░░░░░░░░ facility because we were ░░░░░░░░ to take the kids ░░░░░░░░ and I was playing ░░░░░░░░ with some of them ░░░░░░░░ doing outdoor activities and ░░░░░░░░ was amazing to see ░░░░░░░░ difference with them Just ░░░░░░░░ outdoors like you said ░░░░░░░░ in nature It s ░░░░░░░░ so impactful for them ░░░░░░░░ music Here she goes
