Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp Appoints Kelly Loeffler to US Senate

LOEFFLER Good morning I ░░░░░░░░ to start this morning ░░░░░░░░ thinking Governor Kemp for ░░░░░░░░ important opportunity to serve ░░░░░░░░ nation and our state ░░░░░░░░ am humbled by this ░░░░░░░░ and I am grateful ░░░░░░░░ the confidence that you ░░░░░░░░ placed in me Thank ░░░░░░░░ Governor Thank you I ░░░░░░░░ also like to thank ░░░░░░░░ Isakson for his years ░░░░░░░░ service to our state ░░░░░░░░ our nation He s ░░░░░░░░ true statesman for Georgia ░░░░░░░░ we keep him and ░░░░░░░░ family in our thoughts ░░░░░░░░ prayers I know I ░░░░░░░░ a lot of work ░░░░░░░░ do to earn the ░░░░░░░░ and support of my ░░░░░░░░ Georgians So for starters ░░░░░░░░ allow me to introduce ░░░░░░░░ My name is Kelly ░░░░░░░░ I m a devoted ░░░░░░░░ a proud patriot and ░░░░░░░░ devout Christian I have ░░░░░░░░ the American dream and ░░░░░░░░ am blessed to stand ░░░░░░░░ today but it is ░░░░░░░░ long way from where ░░░░░░░░ came from I grew ░░░░░░░░ on a family farm ░░░░░░░░ fourth generation of corn ░░░░░░░░ soybean farmers I was ░░░░░░░░ I had braces on ░░░░░░░░ legs We lived simply ░░░░░░░░ revolved around farming church ░░░░░░░░ and 4 H There ░░░░░░░░ a rhythm to our ░░░░░░░░ We planted in the ░░░░░░░░ I showed cattle at ░░░░░░░░ county fair in the ░░░░░░░░ and in the fall ░░░░░░░░ harvested Sundays were for ░░░░░░░░ and family I attended ░░░░░░░░ schools and helped pay ░░░░░░░░ way through school waiting ░░░░░░░░ Hard work faith and ░░░░░░░░ this is not a ░░░░░░░░ slogan This is at ░░░░░░░░ foundation of everything I ░░░░░░░░ I m not a ░░░░░░░░ politician or even someone ░░░░░░░░ s run for office ░░░░░░░░ ve spent the last ░░░░░░░░ years building businesses taking ░░░░░░░░ and creating jobs I ░░░░░░░░ t spent my life ░░░░░░░░ to get to Washington ░░░░░░░░ here s what folks ░░░░░░░░ going to find out ░░░░░░░░ me I m a ░░░░░░░░ conservative pro Second Amendment ░░░░░░░░ Trump pro military and ░░░░░░░░ wall Applause I make ░░░░░░░░ apologies for my conservative ░░░░░░░░ and I look forward ░░░░░░░░ supporting President Trump s ░░░░░░░░ judges I am strongly ░░░░░░░░ life The abortion on ░░░░░░░░ agenda is immoral In ░░░░░░░░ Senate I look forward ░░░░░░░░ supporting S 160 Senator ░░░░░░░░ Graham s 20 week ░░░░░░░░ ban Applause And when ░░░░░░░░ comes to protecting innocent ░░░░░░░░ I look to God ░░░░░░░░ every life is a ░░░░░░░░ In Washington I will ░░░░░░░░ with President Trump to ░░░░░░░░ the incredible economic progress ░░░░░░░░ nation has seen Because ░░░░░░░░ our President s policies ░░░░░░░░ re growing our economy ░░░░░░░░ jobs at a record ░░░░░░░░ Every day new jobs ░░░░░░░░ created for working moms ░░░░░░░░ dads for young graduates ░░░░░░░░ for that waitress just ░░░░░░░░ for a chance I ░░░░░░░░ been called soft spoken ░░░░░░░░ I ve also been ░░░░░░░░ a lot worse laughter ░░░░░░░░ Congress in Congress I ░░░░░░░░ not be the loudest ░░░░░░░░ in the room but ░░░░░░░░ don t have to ░░░░░░░░ shrill to be tough ░░░░░░░░ when it comes to ░░░░░░░░ for Georgia I will ░░░░░░░░ back down Applause No ░░░░░░░░ will fight harder for ░░░░░░░░ state for our nation ░░░░░░░░ our President and for ░░░░░░░░ conservative values because here ░░░░░░░░ the thing Contrary to ░░░░░░░░ you might see in ░░░░░░░░ media not every strong ░░░░░░░░ woman is a liberal ░░░░░░░░ of us are conservatives ░░░░░░░░ proud of it Applause ░░░░░░░░ all of the important ░░░░░░░░ to be done in ░░░░░░░░ and here at home ░░░░░░░░ Georgia I am angered ░░░░░░░░ the impeachment circus I ░░░░░░░░ it it s a ░░░░░░░░ and a side show ░░░░░░░░ imagine what could be ░░░░░░░░ if Democrats would stop ░░░░░░░░ President Trump and playing ░░░░░░░░ and start working together ░░░░░░░░ what could be done ░░░░░░░░ hard working families creating ░░░░░░░░ expanding access to health ░░░░░░░░ keeping America safe and ░░░░░░░░ Make no mistake Washington ░░░░░░░░ want to overturn much ░░░░░░░░ than an election They ░░░░░░░░ to overturn our way ░░░░░░░░ life because they resent ░░░░░░░░ s success They can ░░░░░░░░ tell you how much ░░░░░░░░ socialist ideas will cost ░░░░░░░░ don t care how ░░░░░░░░ jobs will be destroyed ░░░░░░░░ they can t even ░░░░░░░░ that they want to ░░░░░░░░ our borders The only ░░░░░░░░ they agree on is ░░░░░░░░ they hate Donald Trump ░░░░░░░░ Warren Bernie Sanders that ░░░░░░░░ socialist gang in Washington ░░░░░░░░ ve taken over the ░░░░░░░░ Party and they will ░░░░░░░░ stop until America bends ░░░░░░░░ their every demand and ░░░░░░░░ that has made our ░░░░░░░░ great is destroyed This ░░░░░░░░ the fight of our ░░░░░░░░ and this is why ░░░░░░░░ am here I m ░░░░░░░░ Loeffler This is who ░░░░░░░░ am this is what ░░░░░░░░ believe As an outsider ░░░░░░░░ Washington I know I ░░░░░░░░ to prove it to ░░░░░░░░ your trust and your ░░░░░░░░ through my votes through ░░░░░░░░ priorities and my actions ░░░░░░░░ that s exactly what ░░░░░░░░ m going to do ░░░░░░░░ you May God bless ░░░░░░░░ and may God bless ░░░░░░░░
