BRENNAN Congresswoman Ilhan Omar ░░░░░░░░ is being criticized for ░░░░░░░░ way she phrased a ░░░░░░░░ to 9 11 President ░░░░░░░░ has since posted the ░░░░░░░░ of the towers falling ░░░░░░░░ her image interspersed with ░░░░░░░░ What do you make ░░░░░░░░ this back and forth ░░░░░░░░ You know I live ░░░░░░░░ a community where we ░░░░░░░░ folks who were killed ░░░░░░░░ Jerseyans were killed friends ░░░░░░░░ mine were killed in ░░░░░░░░ towers And in the ░░░░░░░░ of that you saw ░░░░░░░░ our country united to ░░░░░░░░ aside partisan differences to ░░░░░░░░ with the challenges to ░░░░░░░░ Now years later to ░░░░░░░░ a president of the ░░░░░░░░ States to use images ░░░░░░░░ 9 11 in a ░░░░░░░░ crass disgusting way that ░░░░░░░░ so objectionable That is ░░░░░░░░ offensive And this is ░░░░░░░░ I mean about moral ░░░░░░░░ in our country that ░░░░░░░░ in the highest office ░░░░░░░░ is stoking hatred stoking ░░░░░░░░ pitting people against each ░░░░░░░░ BRENNAN Are you offended ░░░░░░░░ the Congresswoman s language ░░░░░░░░ people did something BOOKER ░░░░░░░░ think that what she ░░░░░░░░ experiencing right now she ░░░░░░░░ not deserve from what ░░░░░░░░ said in her speech ░░░░░░░░ does not deserve the ░░░░░░░░ of vicious hate filled ░░░░░░░░ that she s experiencing ░░░░░░░░ on her life right ░░░░░░░░ We all as Americans ░░░░░░░░ say that is outrageous ░░░░░░░░ unacceptable And what Donald ░░░░░░░░ is doing is he ░░░░░░░░ making life dangerous not ░░░░░░░░ for her but for ░░░░░░░░ Muslim Americans BRENNAN Do ░░░░░░░░ think that s deliberate ░░░░░░░░ Look we let s ░░░░░░░░ BRENNAN Is that what ░░░░░░░░ re suggesting That it ░░░░░░░░ an incitement to violence ░░░░░░░░ some have said BOOKER ░░░░░░░░ what I know is ░░░░░░░░ Since 9 11 we ░░░░░░░░ had terrorist attacks in ░░░░░░░░ country The majority of ░░░░░░░░ have been right wing ░░░░░░░░ and the majority of ░░░░░░░░ have been white supremacist ░░░░░░░░ from a synagogue in ░░░░░░░░ to a church in ░░░░░░░░ Carolina And these are ░░░░░░░░ supremacist groups that use ░░░░░░░░ as we saw as ░░░░░░░░ away as New Zealand ░░░░░░░░ our president s language ░░░░░░░░ as if a license ░░░░░░░░ these attacks So I ░░░░░░░░ the presidency in our ░░░░░░░░ is a moral position ░░░░░░░░ much as it is ░░░░░░░░ constitutional position And we ░░░░░░░░ have a president who ░░░░░░░░ to our higher angels ░░░░░░░░ opposed to speaking in ░░░░░░░░ way that gives license ░░░░░░░░ hatred and hatred that ░░░░░░░░ often now on the ░░░░░░░░ in our country is ░░░░░░░░ into the most horrific ░░░░░░░░
