Gillum: ‘We’re Hopeful That Every Single Vote Will Be Counted in This Race’

GILLUM Hey everybody it ░░░░░░░░ Andrew Gillum here Mayor ░░░░░░░░ Tallahassee Democratic nominee for ░░░░░░░░ of the state of ░░░░░░░░ I want to start ░░░░░░░░ by saying once again ░░░░░░░░ the bottom of my ░░░░░░░░ and from the bottom ░░░░░░░░ R Jai s heart ░░░░░░░░ just spoke with Chris ░░░░░░░░ in and Christine King ░░░░░░░░ re all so so ░░░░░░░░ appreciative of all of ░░░░░░░░ support As you know ░░░░░░░░ went out all across ░░░░░░░░ state we worked hard ░░░░░░░░ every single vote that ░░░░░░░░ received We are looking ░░░░░░░░ that every single vote ░░░░░░░░ counted whether it s ░░░░░░░░ absentee vote whether you ░░░░░░░░ on election day whether ░░░░░░░░ is a provisional ballot ░░░░░░░░ want every vote counted ░░░░░░░░ didn t go across ░░░░░░░░ state talking to folks ░░░░░░░░ red county blue counties ░░░░░░░░ counties not to have ░░░░░░░░ have their say And ░░░░░░░░ I want you to ░░░░░░░░ that in spite of ░░░░░░░░ fact that we re ░░░░░░░░ little bit down in ░░░░░░░░ numbers we re hopeful ░░░░░░░░ every single vote will ░░░░░░░░ counted in this race ░░░░░░░░ that way that all ░░░░░░░░ us can walk away ░░░░░░░░ extremely confident about what ░░░░░░░░ and everyone of us ░░░░░░░░ to go out here ░░░░░░░░ to have our stay ░░░░░░░░ this election This election ░░░░░░░░ never been about me ░░░░░░░░ heard me all along ░░░░░░░░ trail talking about the ░░░░░░░░ that this is about ░░░░░░░░ That power sees nothing ░░░░░░░░ a demand that we ░░░░░░░░ to be willing to ░░░░░░░░ up every single day ░░░░░░░░ demand our seat at ░░░░░░░░ table Well we re ░░░░░░░░ at the table and ░░░░░░░░ it s important that ░░░░░░░░ ensure that every vote ░░░░░░░░ counted in this process ░░░░░░░░ am so thankful again ░░░░░░░░ everything that you ve ░░░░░░░░ to help us out ░░░░░░░░ this way I would ░░░░░░░░ dishonest if I didn ░░░░░░░░ say that this wasn ░░░░░░░░ hard This is extremely ░░░░░░░░ But you know what ░░░░░░░░ fight for progress the ░░░░░░░░ for change the fight ░░░░░░░░ what it is we ░░░░░░░░ it s hard And ░░░░░░░░ just means that you ░░░░░░░░ to again stiffen your ░░░░░░░░ and square your shoulders ░░░░░░░░ the task I m ░░░░░░░░ to do that we ░░░░░░░░ been prepared to do ░░░░░░░░ all along the way ░░░░░░░░ we re continuing that ░░░░░░░░ today So all I ░░░░░░░░ got to say is ░░░░░░░░ s count every vote ░░░░░░░░ let s bring it ░░░░░░░░ Take care everybody.”
