emotional unfit to serve ░░░░░░░░ the bench I can ░░░░░░░░ imagine Judge Kavanaugh allowing ░░░░░░░░ to act in his ░░░░░░░░ courtroom the way he ░░░░░░░░ in that Senate hearing ░░░░░░░░ It was ridiculous That ░░░░░░░░ that you just played ░░░░░░░░ so deeply disrespectful it ░░░░░░░░ particular because the senator ░░░░░░░░ just talked about her ░░░░░░░░ being an alcoholic still ░░░░░░░░ 90 years old going ░░░░░░░░ aa And then he ░░░░░░░░ around and asks have ░░░░░░░░ ever been blackout drunk ░░░░░░░░ mean it was just ░░░░░░░░ deeply disrespectful Cue your ░░░░░░░░ about we have a about ░░░░░░░░ assault forward I do ░░░░░░░░ so we ve been ░░░░░░░░ about it out loud ░░░░░░░░ over a year But ░░░░░░░░ do think that the ░░░░░░░░ lining if you will ░░░░░░░░ that we are now ░░░░░░░░ focused on survivors And ░░░░░░░░ I call sort of ░░░░░░░░ life cycle of a ░░░░░░░░ All the questions about ░░░░░░░░ long it takes for ░░░░░░░░ to come forward and ░░░░░░░░ people wait and you ░░░░░░░░ the way your body ░░░░░░░░ your mind responds to ░░░░░░░░ violence and trauma those ░░░░░░░░ really important conversations that ░░░░░░░░ should have been having ░░░░░░░░ year But I m ░░░░░░░░ we re having now ░░░░░░░░ I think it helps ░░░░░░░░ to understand But it ░░░░░░░░ also still deeply gendered ░░░░░░░░ You don t see ░░░░░░░░ of the accusations that ░░░░░░░░ have seen over the ░░░░░░░░ about men who have ░░░░░░░░ forward after being sexually ░░░░░░░░ by priests There s ░░░░░░░░ little pushback to them ░░░░░░░░ well are they lying ░░░░░░░░ why did they wait ░░░░░░░░ long Maybe they re ░░░░░░░░ Nobody says that to ░░░░░░░░ We get that very ░░░░░░░░ little do we hear ░░░░░░░░ said to men But ░░░░░░░░ hear it all of ░░░░░░░░ time when women come ░░░░░░░░ So still a very ░░░░░░░░ conversation about how we ░░░░░░░░ and think about how ░░░░░░░░ see women how we ░░░░░░░░ women how we hear ░░░░░░░░ when they come forward ░░░░░░░░ stories of our pain ░░░░░░░░ the news at hand ░░░░░░░░ the Supreme Court here ░░░░░░░░ despite such a public ░░░░░░░░ from half the country ░░░░░░░░ the other half would ░░░░░░░░ thrilled to have Judge ░░░░░░░░ seated There is a ░░░░░░░░ chance
