this one ░░░░░░░░ your reaction to the ░░░░░░░░ Russians named Well it ░░░░░░░░ a very narrow indictment ░░░░░░░░ main count is wall ░░░░░░░░ we call a conspiracy ░░░░░░░░ the general conspiracy statute ░░░░░░░░ basically says the Russians ░░░░░░░░ to defraud federal governmental ░░░░░░░░ they lied on their ░░░░░░░░ applications And third has ░░░░░░░░ do with the foreign ░░░░░░░░ registration act They should ░░░░░░░░ registered as foreign agents ░░░░░░░░ they didn t And ░░░░░░░░ thing I don t ░░░░░░░░ anybody has picked up ░░░░░░░░ legally it s not ░░░░░░░░ significant the indictment doesn ░░░░░░░░ even allege that these ░░░░░░░░ were part of the ░░░░░░░░ government It just says ░░░░░░░░ they were Russian organizations ░░░░░░░░ Laura it s very ░░░░░░░░ It s a very ░░░░░░░░ charge And this is ░░░░░░░░ congressenman heck Danny heck ░░░░░░░░ earlier today about whether ░░░░░░░░ Trump is truly vindicated ░░░░░░░░ this narrow indictment Let ░░░░░░░░ watch Defendants knowingly and ░░░░░░░░ conspired with each other ░░░░░░░░ with persons known and ░░░░░░░░ to the grand jury ░░░░░░░░ defraud the United States ░░░░░░░░ cetera et cetera This ░░░░░░░░ of these 13 individuals ░░░░░░░░ not the end of ░░░░░░░░ just like the indictments ░░░░░░░░ Mr Manaford Mr Gate ░░░░░░░░ Flynn weren t the ░░░░░░░░ at all To be ░░░░░░░░ Is that a little ░░░░░░░░ Well Laura remember this ░░░░░░░░ thing started with allegations ░░░░░░░░ up by the media ░░░░░░░░ my democratic colleague that ░░░░░░░░ was a criminal conspiracy ░░░░░░░░ Trump s campaign and ░░░░░░░░ Russian government to subvert ░░░░░░░░ election This indictment doesn ░░░░░░░░ even come close to ░░░░░░░░ that And in fact ░░░░░░░░ Rod Rosenstein to say ░░░░░░░░ Americans were involved and ░░░░░░░░ had no effect on ░░░░░░░░ election it just shows ░░░░░░░░ that they have been ░░░░░░░░ and promoting this narrative ░░░░░░░░ over a year now ░░░░░░░░ a year and a ░░░░░░░░ And at this stage ░░░░░░░░ don t see why ░░░░░░░░ knee a special council ░░░░░░░░ any of these indictments ░░░░░░░░ it also said known ░░░░░░░░ unknown They also said ░░░░░░░░ known and unknown did ░░░░░░░░ with the Russians Couldn ░░░░░░░░ that then I haven ░░░░░░░░ been a lawyer for ░░░░░░░░ while Saul and Scott ░░░░░░░░ contradict me But doesn ░░░░░░░░ that leave the door ░░░░░░░░ for naming of future ░░░░░░░░ On virtually all indictments ░░░░░░░░ that language But Rod ░░░░░░░░ did not say that ░░░░░░░░ was no collusion with ░░░░░░░░ Trump campaign He said ░░░░░░░░ indictment doesn t allege ░░░░░░░░ there was collusion And ░░░░░░░░ indictment doesn t allege ░░░░░░░░ the election was affected ░░░░░░░░ you can t say ░░░░░░░░ broader than that Yeah ░░░░░░░░ certainly have to agree ░░░░░░░░ my colleague I don ░░░░░░░░ really know what the ░░░░░░░░ are celebrating This is ░░░░░░░░ bucket This is one ░░░░░░░░ of cyberspace There s ░░░░░░░░ this investigation continues Every ░░░░░░░░ you get you want ░░░░░░░░ say that there s ░░░░░░░░ collusion and it vindicates ░░░░░░░░ president It certainly doesn ░░░░░░░░ It s one part ░░░░░░░░ a puzzle I agree ░░░░░░░░ s a narrow indictment ░░░░░░░░ I think it is ░░░░░░░░ key that the Russian ░░░░░░░░ in this election was ░░░░░░░░ pro Trump anti Trump ░░░░░░░░ Jill stein at one ░░░░░░░░ They seem to have ░░░░░░░░ hand all over everything ░░░░░░░░ would too If I ░░░░░░░░ the Russians and sowing ░░░░░░░░ I would certainly do ░░░░░░░░ They were promoting voter ░░░░░░░░ as well in the ░░░░░░░░ communities To have pro ░░░░░░░░ anti Trump rallies on ░░░░░░░░ same days That seems ░░░░░░░░ a stretch Saul is ░░░░░░░░ This is one indictment ░░░░░░░░ idea that Mueller is ░░░░░░░░ to close up shop ░░░░░░░░ He just got 10 ░░░░░░░░ in that ridiculous republic ░░░░░░░░ that was signed I ░░░░░░░░ t know why he ░░░░░░░░ 10 million if he ░░░░░░░░ going to wrap it ░░░░░░░░ Go ahead So we ░░░░░░░░ all this time that ░░░░░░░░ happened Congressional committees special ░░░░░░░░ And what evidence is ░░░░░░░░ of collusion other than ░░░░░░░░ Steele Dossier which has ░░░░░░░░ discredited And so I ░░░░░░░░ it s one thing ░░░░░░░░ say that there were ░░░░░░░░ nationals or even Russian ░░░░░░░░ involved Although I would ░░░░░░░░ none of the hacking ░░░░░░░░ I thought was the ░░░░░░░░ serious none of that ░░░░░░░░ alleged in the indictment ░░░░░░░░ not something that was ░░░░░░░░ with That s what ░░░░░░░░ have and I just ░░░░░░░░ so much of this ░░░░░░░░ been based off wishful ░░░░░░░░ by the press and ░░░░░░░░ Democrats and the Steele ░░░░░░░░ rather than hard facts ░░░░░░░░ about the Republicans who ░░░░░░░░ leading all of these ░░░░░░░░ and certainly believe that ░░░░░░░░ was Russian meddling Let ░░░░░░░░ tell you something I ░░░░░░░░ a former prosecutor Prosecutions ░░░░░░░░ t start at the ░░░░░░░░ and go down They ░░░░░░░░ at the bottom It ░░░░░░░░ called a pyramid prosecution ░░░░░░░░ get to the top ░░░░░░░░ cut the top off ░░░░░░░░ cut the head off ░░░░░░░░ is one bucket There ░░░░░░░░ just one bucket of ░░░░░░░░ There was other collusion ░░░░░░░░ other facts still being ░░░░░░░░ Russian meddling is different ░░░░░░░░ a criminal conspiracy between ░░░░░░░░ and the Russian government ░░░░░░░░ s a huge leap ░░░░░░░░ there s not been ░░░░░░░░ to make that leap ░░░░░░░░ right now They haven ░░░░░░░░ offered I think anything ░░░░░░░░ that front And Rosenstein ░░░░░░░░ said that today That ░░░░░░░░ not what they re ░░░░░░░░ about in this indictment ░░░░░░░░ Saul I want to ░░░░░░░░ into this more with ░░░░░░░░ because when you see ░░░░░░░░ amount of time they ░░░░░░░░ had they ve interviewed ░░░░░░░░ lot of people they ░░░░░░░░ reviewed a lot of ░░░░░░░░ it is quite something ░░░░░░░░ think at this juncture ░░░░░░░░ the investigation to come ░░░░░░░░ with okay they were ░░░░░░░░ to manipulate the election ░░░░░░░░ didn t think that ░░░░░░░░ before Trump was even ░░░░░░░░ as a candidate they ░░░░░░░░ meddling And what did ░░░░░░░░ Obama Administration do to ░░░░░░░░ it Last time I ░░░░░░░░ they were approving sales ░░░░░░░░ almost 20 of our ░░░░░░░░ supply You start talking ░░░░░░░░ the ways we helped ░░░░░░░░ We helped Russia a ░░░░░░░░ during the Obama Administration ░░░░░░░░ s true It s ░░░░░░░░ of a political and ░░░░░░░░ point The indictment says ░░░░░░░░ started in 2014 well ░░░░░░░░ Trump announced But listen ░░░░░░░░ s no question What ░░░░░░░░ says is right It ░░░░░░░░ a piece of the ░░░░░░░░ But what the congressman ░░░░░░░░ is correct too It ░░░░░░░░ a good day for ░░░░░░░░ Trump It is significant ░░░░░░░░ the investigation has gone ░░░░░░░░ this long and you ░░░░░░░░ t have the collusion ░░░░░░░░ And keep in mind ░░░░░░░░ Andrew McCarthy has pointed ░░░░░░░░ if you look at ░░░░░░░░ Flynn plea papers it ░░░░░░░░ like there is going ░░░░░░░░ be no collusion case ░░░░░░░░ no collusion that Flynn ░░░░░░░░ have known about So ░░░░░░░░ signs do point to ░░░░░░░░ fact that there will ░░░░░░░░ be a major and ░░░░░░░░ I say collusion there ░░░░░░░░ going to be what ░░░░░░░░ are they looking for ░░░░░░░░ of justice interfering with ░░░░░░░░ investigation Absolutely You wouldn ░░░░░░░░ have Trump there s ░░░░░░░░ obstruction case The investigation ░░░░░░░░ not over yet Hold ░░░░░░░░ Go ahead It s ░░░░░░░░ conjecture what you re ░░░░░░░░ There is no obstruction ░░░░░░░░ period We ve got ░░░░░░░░ president s own words ░░░░░░░░ m not going to ░░░░░░░░ down that rabbit hole ░░░░░░░░ you I think there ░░░░░░░░ a lot of evidence ░░░░░░░░ It s not a ░░░░░░░░ hole It s the ░░░░░░░░ There s laws in ░░░░░░░░ rabbit hole Right now ░░░░░░░░ Democrats have turned up ░░░░░░░░ heat on the Republican ░░░░░░░░ looking into this because ░░░░░░░░ re arguing that oh ░░░░░░░░ guys are just interfering ░░░░░░░░ what the special council ░░░░░░░░ trying to get at ░░░░░░░░ come out today What ░░░░░░░░ next for the house ░░░░░░░░ It s going to ░░░░░░░░ The State Department is ░░░░░░░░ kind of under the ░░░░░░░░ And we re going ░░░░░░░░ scrutinize people like John ░░░░░░░░ and see their role ░░░░░░░░ this Six months ago ░░░░░░░░ didn t know the ░░░░░░░░ paid for the dossier ░░░░░░░░ have a lot of ░░░░░░░░ people in the DoJ ░░░░░░░░ FBI either get demoted ░░░░░░░░ leave the government They ░░░░░░░░ t have done that ░░░░░░░░ they had done everything ░░░░░░░░ the book Brennan sent ░░░░░░░░ a tweet today He ░░░░░░░░ DoJ statement and indictments ░░░░░░░░ of a hoax My ░░░░░░░░ implausible that Russian actions ░░░░░░░░ not influence the views ░░░░░░░░ votes of at least ░░░░░░░░ Americans Okay I guess ░░░░░░░░ how does that justify ░░░░░░░░ special council being called ░░░░░░░░ this president But when ░░░░░░░░ picked the special council ░░░░░░░░ we ve got to ░░░░░░░░ the special council that ░░░░░░░░ based on what I ░░░░░░░░ back to rod s ░░░░░░░░ to call the special ░░░░░░░░ which I think was ░░░░░░░░ on its face You ░░░░░░░░ close it out I ░░░░░░░░ I think it absolutely ░░░░░░░░ called for by the ░░░░░░░░ just like President Obama ░░░░░░░░ have appointed a special ░░░░░░░░ The point is you ░░░░░░░░ t have the administration ░░░░░░░░ has been accused of ░░░░░░░░ an election investigating itself ░░░░░░░░ you look at what ░░░░░░░░ the probable cause or ░░░░░░░░ indication that a crime ░░░░░░░░ been committed You don ░░░░░░░░ have to have probable ░░░░░░░░ under the regulation And ░░░░░░░░ I think that Loretta ░░░░░░░░ should have appointed a ░░░░░░░░ council because of the ░░░░░░░░ Clinton email thing You ░░░░░░░░ t have to but ░░░░░░░░ point is the language ░░░░░░░░ the special council regulation ░░░░░░░░ you to do it ░░░░░░░░ can do a lot ░░░░░░░░ doesn t mean you ░░░░░░░░ Ron your take and ░░░░░░░░ Scott and then we
