RUSH TRANSCRIPT RUHLE Then ░░░░░░░░ doesn t this show ░░░░░░░░ when you ve got ░░░░░░░░ state like Nevada when ░░░░░░░░ have a state like ░░░░░░░░ where there s all ░░░░░░░░ meat processing plants and ░░░░░░░░ re not seeing ice ░░░░░░░░ Florida Texas certainly has ░░░░░░░░ more illegal immigrants than ░░░░░░░░ than Minnesota does Does ░░░░░░░░ not just show that ░░░░░░░░ is hyper political and ░░░░░░░░ is not about a ░░░░░░░░ immigration crackdown HYLTON It ░░░░░░░░ hyper political I mean ░░░░░░░░ knew that from the ░░░░░░░░ to target Minnesota in ░░░░░░░░ way because Minnesota has ░░░░░░░░ a relatively small population ░░░░░░░░ undocumented people and the ░░░░░░░░ community there that has ░░░░░░░░ were sort of the ░░░░░░░░ pretext for this whole ░░░░░░░░ 90 of them have ░░░░░░░░ status or citizenship So ░░░░░░░░ idea that they were ░░░░░░░░ community where you know ░░░░░░░░ made sense to send ░░░░░░░░ agents thousands of them ░░░░░░░░ to harass people of ░░░░░░░░ particular background never made ░░░░░░░░ to journalists to longtime ░░░░░░░░ organizers on the ground ░░░░░░░░ the truth is this ░░░░░░░░ of political decision making ░░░░░░░░ immigration has been around ░░░░░░░░ a long time I ░░░░░░░░ the early part of ░░░░░░░░ career during the first ░░░░░░░░ Administration covering immigration and ░░░░░░░░ was I spent a ░░░░░░░░ of my time in ░░░░░░░░ and the rumor and ░░░░░░░░ wasn t really a ░░░░░░░░ It was just sort ░░░░░░░░ what everybody knew about ░░░░░░░░ way the state functioned ░░░░░░░░ was that a lot ░░░░░░░░ powerful businessmen people in ░░░░░░░░ agriculture in Texas had ░░░░░░░░ with the White House ░░░░░░░░ were kind of like ░░░░░░░░ please leave us alone ░░░░░░░░ somewhere else to do ░░░░░░░░ raids Pick somewhere else ░░░░░░░░ do I mean we ░░░░░░░░ happy for you to ░░░░░░░░ your your photo op ░░░░░░░░ the border and in ░░░░░░░░ of the wall But ░░░░░░░░ stay away from our ░░░░░░░░ sites That was a ░░░░░░░░ thing and that it ░░░░░░░░ sort of flowing through ░░░░░░░░ all the way up ░░░░░░░░ the federal government And ░░░░░░░░ this has been going ░░░░░░░░ for a while now ░░░░░░░░ Minnesota is sort of ░░░░░░░░ the escalation though of ░░░░░░░░ pattern and sort of ░░░░░░░░ the scenes reality that”
