“Clearly there is excess ░░░░░░░░ force used by police ░░░░░░░░ some instances But that ░░░░░░░░ not producing this high ░░░░░░░░ body count in this ░░░░░░░░ Tensions between the black ░░░░░░░░ and the police department ░░░░░░░░ from black criminality in ░░░░░░░░ country high black crime ░░░░░░░░ Blacks are about 13 ░░░░░░░░ of the population but ░░░░░░░░ more than half of ░░░░░░░░ murders in this country ░░░░░░░░ are arrested at two ░░░░░░░░ three times their number ░░░░░░░░ the population for all ░░░░░░░░ on violent crime all ░░░░░░░░ on a property crime ░░░░░░░░ that ends you are ░░░░░░░░ to have tensions between ░░░░░░░░ police and the black ░░░░░░░░ You are going to ░░░░░░░░ young black men viewed ░░░░░░░░ If we want to ░░░░░░░░ perceptions negative perceptions of ░░░░░░░░ black men we have ░░░░░░░░ address the behavior that ░░░░░░░░ driving those perceptions And ░░░░░░░░ is not a conversation ░░░░░░░░ Obama or Eric Holder ░░░░░░░░ Al Sharpton or all ░░░░░░░░ the rest want to ░░░░░░░░ because they have a ░░░░░░░░ interest in pushing a ░░░░░░░░ narrative which is that ░░░░░░░░ is an all purpose ░░░░░░░░ of what drives what ░░░░░░░░ wrong in black America.”
