    i want to get ░░░░░░░░ take particularly on the ░░░░░░░░ jury facet of this ░░░░░░░░ prominent piece of so ░░░░░░░░ of these cases of ░░░░░░░░ accountability is it every ░░░░░░░░ when what they re ░░░░░░░░ is justice for a ░░░░░░░░ officer that there is ░░░░░░░░ times so closely tied ░░░░░░░░ here s the thing ░░░░░░░░ state grand jury system ░░░░░░░░ in the case of ░░░░░░░░ Island and in the ░░░░░░░░ of Ferguson and these ░░░░░░░░ state grand juries that ░░░░░░░░ along with state elected ░░░░░░░░ in Staten Island the ░░░░░░░░ is elected from Staten ░░░░░░░░ and richmond county and ░░░░░░░░ Ferguson the prosecutor is ░░░░░░░░ from St Louis county ░░░░░░░░ is an indication that ░░░░░░░░ state grand jury seem ░░░░░░░░ be unwilling or incapable ░░░░░░░░ bringing charges against police ░░░░░░░░ even where in the ░░░░░░░░ of Eric garner there ░░░░░░░░ a tape which makes ░░░░░░░░ clear for the world ░░░░░░░░ see that excessive force ░░░░░░░░ used and Eric garner ░░░░░░░░ dead so this raises ░░░░░░░░ questions about the state ░░░░░░░░ jury process the second ░░░░░░░░ it does it raises ░░░░░░░░ and speaking as a ░░░░░░░░ speaking as someone who ░░░░░░░░ chairman of the city ░░░░░░░░ New Orleans criminal justice ░░░░░░░░ council while i was ░░░░░░░░ what you see here ░░░░░░░░ these juries in the ░░░░░░░░ in which these prosecutors ░░░░░░░░ these grand jury investigations ░░░░░░░░ throwing documents up against ░░░░░░░░ wall by putting in ░░░░░░░░ many of whom didn ░░░░░░░░ even see what occurred ░░░░░░░░ then apparently not making ░░░░░░░░ recommendation for an indictment ░░░░░░░░ any specific action deviated ░░░░░░░░ what i would call ░░░░░░░░ operating procedures with respect ░░░░░░░░ a grand jury which ░░░░░░░░ why we reiterated our ░░░░░░░░ today for these federal ░░░░░░░░ by the Department of ░░░░░░░░ civil rights division and ░░░░░░░░
