Crowley: The FBI Arrest of Judges Is Really to Show Intimidation Across the Entire Country

RUSH TRANSCRIPT HAYES The ░░░░░░░░ that the folks in ░░░░░░░░ Trump Administration are making ░░░░░░░░ hey no one is ░░░░░░░░ the law including judges ░░░░░░░░ is a this is ░░░░░░░░ impartial and fair application ░░░░░░░░ the law CROWLEY Well ░░░░░░░░ agree that no one ░░░░░░░░ above the law But ░░░░░░░░ also means that no ░░░░░░░░ is beneath its protections ░░░░░░░░ well And so we ░░░░░░░░ t need to litigate ░░░░░░░░ case out in public ░░░░░░░░ know we re going ░░░░░░░░ see this happening throughout ░░░░░░░░ court system But regardless ░░░░░░░░ the facts this was ░░░░░░░░ on to be a ░░░░░░░░ This is really to ░░░░░░░░ intimidation of judges across ░░░░░░░░ entire country because we ░░░░░░░░ that Republicans in Congress ░░░░░░░░ not been standing up ░░░░░░░░ these terrible policies It ░░░░░░░░ been our judiciary It ░░░░░░░░ been our justice system ░░░░░░░░ so now they re ░░░░░░░░ attack And it s ░░░░░░░░ now than ever that ░░░░░░░░ re not only protecting ░░░░░░░░ process but talking about ░░░░░░░░ need to protect our ░░░░░░░░ Our democracy is built ░░░░░░░░ three different branches of ░░░░░░░░ the executive the legislative ░░░░░░░░ the judicial And when ░░░░░░░░ of those branches are ░░░░░░░░ apart that means our ░░░░░░░░ is falling apart as ░░░░░░░░ So we have to ░░░░░░░░ up and really talk ░░░░░░░░ this and bring these ░░░░░░░░ to light.”
