RUSH TRANSCRIPT They re ░░░░░░░░ wrong about anything I ░░░░░░░░ said factually Your honor ░░░░░░░░ think it s incorrect ░░░░░░░░ they couldn t have ░░░░░░░░ into court as the ░░░░░░░░ individual plaintiffs But the ░░░░░░░░ here was that there ░░░░░░░░ planeloads of people I ░░░░░░░░ it was all sorts ░░░░░░░░ class action There were ░░░░░░░░ of people There were ░░░░░░░░ procedures in place to ░░░░░░░░ people Nazis got better ░░░░░░░░ under the alien enemy ░░░░░░░░ than has happened here ░░░░░░░░ the proclamation required the ░░░░░░░░ of regulations And they ░░░░░░░░ hearing boards before people ░░░░░░░░ removed And yet here ░░░░░░░░ s no there s ░░░░░░░░ in there about hearing ░░░░░░░░ There s no regulations ░░░░░░░░ nothing was adopted by ░░░░░░░░ agency officials that were ░░░░░░░░ this The people weren ░░░░░░░░ given notice They weren ░░░░░░░░ told where they were ░░░░░░░░ They were given those ░░░░░░░░ on those planes on ░░░░░░░░ Saturday had no opportunity ░░░░░░░░ file a habeas or ░░░░░░░░ type of action to ░░░░░░░░ the removal under the ░░░░░░░░ and let you ve ░░░░░░░░ that two of those ░░░░░░░░ people were removed under ░░░░░░░░ aca Is that what ░░░░░░░░ factually wrong about what ░░░░░░░░ said Well your honor ░░░░░░░░ certainly dispute the Nazi ░░░░░░░░ But more importantly the ░░░░░░░░ is that individual plaintiffs ░░░░░░░░ able to file habeas ░░░░░░░░ time in order to ░░░░░░░░ relief And what this ░░░░░░░░ five individual plaintiffs that ░░░░░░░░ s not my question ░░░░░░░░ question is there were ░░░░░░░░ lot more people They ░░░░░░░░ to bring a class ░░░░░░░░ They had to have ░░░░░░░░ named plaintiffs So five ░░░░░░░░ filing habeas doesn t ░░░░░░░░ everybody else on two ░░░░░░░░ loads Correct And my ░░░░░░░░ to you is and ░░░░░░░░ said those five didn ░░░░░░░░ get put on the ░░░░░░░░ So as to the ░░░░░░░░ airplanes that I think ░░░░░░░░ just agreed involved removals ░░░░░░░░ on aca grounds On ░░░░░░░░ the very short time ░░░░░░░░ the proclamations publication had ░░░░░░░░ opportunity to have filed ░░░░░░░░ habeas or even notice ░░░░░░░░ to the grounds on ░░░░░░░░ they were being removed ░░░░░░░░ I wrong about that?
