    BOLDUAN Which has led ░░░░░░░░ kind of an interesting ░░░░░░░░ or discussion whatever you ░░░░░░░░ to call it Margaret ░░░░░░░░ are we in a ░░░░░░░░ crisis or what does ░░░░░░░░ look like I mean ░░░░░░░░ you just watch the ░░░░░░░░ shows yesterday there was ░░░░░░░░ whole depending on who ░░░░░░░░ spoke to we were ░░░░░░░░ dab in the middle ░░░░░░░░ it about to dip ░░░░░░░░ toe into it or ░░░░░░░░ re a few steps ░░░░░░░░ from it TALEV Yes ░░░░░░░░ one of the kind ░░░░░░░░ voices getting a lot ░░░░░░░░ coverage around this has ░░░░░░░░ Michael Luttig a judge ░░░░░░░░ federal judge retired who ░░░░░░░░ to us from the ░░░░░░░░ s Bush era a ░░░░░░░░ who has been even ░░░░░░░░ the election raising his ░░░░░░░░ about President Trump But ░░░░░░░░ says yes we are ░░░░░░░░ a constitutional crisis So ░░░░░░░░ lawyers you hear from ░░░░░░░░ well you shouldn t ░░░░░░░░ the word constitutional crisis ░░░░░░░░ it s reached full ░░░░░░░░ crisis levels because then ░░░░░░░░ will believe it s ░░░░░░░░ crisis when it s ░░░░░░░░ crisis But one of ░░░░░░░░ questions baked into this ░░░░░░░░ what s the judiciary ░░░░░░░░ recourse Right A district ░░░░░░░░ judge a case can ░░░░░░░░ appealed if a president ░░░░░░░░ anyone doesn t agree ░░░░░░░░ it then the appeals ░░░░░░░░ can be cases can ░░░░░░░░ appealed all the way ░░░░░░░░ to the Supreme Court ░░░░░░░░ at the end of ░░░░░░░░ or at least every ░░░░░░░░ along the process an ░░░░░░░░ is expected to follow ░░░░░░░░ rule of law and ░░░░░░░░ the Supreme Court says ░░░░░░░░ until a future Supreme ░░░░░░░░ overturns it So what ░░░░░░░░ in theory an administration ░░░░░░░░ just not to do ░░░░░░░░ A judiciary doesn t ░░░░░░░░ the military a judiciary ░░░░░░░░ t control the political ░░░░░░░░ This is all speculative ░░░░░░░░ it s part of ░░░░░░░░ concern that these folks ░░░░░░░░ raising And it is ░░░░░░░░ they re supposed to ░░░░░░░░ these three you know ░░░░░░░░ branches of government the ░░░░░░░░ the legislative Branch and ░░░░░░░░ judiciary And then there ░░░░░░░░ voters too What happens ░░░░░░░░ the legislative Branch empowers ░░░░░░░░ executive Branch that s ░░░░░░░░ to expand its powers ░░░░░░░░ what happens when an ░░░░░░░░ s like yes let ░░░░░░░░ go for it And ░░░░░░░░ I think that s ░░░░░░░░ is the potential That ░░░░░░░░ what is driving the ░░░░░░░░ of a potential crisis ░░░░░░░░ when a president says ░░░░░░░░ of saying I disagree ░░░░░░░░ the judge when a ░░░░░░░░ says we don t ░░░░░░░░ to do that or ░░░░░░░░ person should be impeached ░░░░░░░░ this person should be ░░░░░░░░ from the bench it ░░░░░░░░ concerns about that.”
