KEILAR With us now ░░░░░░░░ Democratic Congressman James Clyburn ░░░░░░░░ South Carolina Sir thanks ░░░░░░░░ being with us You ░░░░░░░░ that voter at Congressman ░░░░░░░░ s town hall a ░░░░░░░░ that is reflected by ░░░░░░░░ Democrats across the country ░░░░░░░░ it s not that ░░░░░░░░ are in the minority ░░░░░░░░ s that you all ░░░░░░░░ t even working together ░░░░░░░░ a shared strategy What ░░░░░░░░ you say to that ░░░░░░░░ Well I ll say ░░░░░░░░ message has been received ░░░░░░░░ do know how frustrated ░░░░░░░░ American people are I ░░░░░░░░ here in my congressional ░░░░░░░░ I m here at ░░░░░░░░ South Carolina Democratic Party ░░░░░░░░ at the moment working ░░░░░░░░ strategies We re trying ░░░░░░░░ respond to a lot ░░░░░░░░ these aspirational views that ░░░░░░░░ have and trying to ░░░░░░░░ them connected to exactly ░░░░░░░░ it is that we ░░░░░░░░ doing It s not ░░░░░░░░ when people see the ░░░░░░░░ voting in One Direction ░░░░░░░░ the Senate voting in ░░░░░░░░ and that is what ░░░░░░░░ led to a lot ░░░░░░░░ this discontent And so ░░░░░░░░ message has been received ░░░░░░░░ I m hopeful that ░░░░░░░░ will begin to show ░░░░░░░░ American people not only ░░░░░░░░ we are working together ░░░░░░░░ we are we are ░░░░░░░░ united as a party ░░░░░░░░ doesn t mean we ░░░░░░░░ unanimous as a party ░░░░░░░░ re not unanimous The ░░░░░░░░ voted in a very ░░░░░░░░ way but we were ░░░░░░░░ unanimous One House member ░░░░░░░░ the other way The ░░░░░░░░ I thought was a ░░░░░░░░ less united 10 people ░░░░░░░░ in the other direction ░░░░░░░░ that s the way ░░░░░░░░ works But our job ░░░░░░░░ to get the American ░░░░░░░░ to understand that we ░░░░░░░░ fighting and exactly how ░░░░░░░░ need to fight in ░░░░░░░░ to win this And ░░░░░░░░ I know that the ░░░░░░░░ are there I spent ░░░░░░░░ day yesterday down in ░░░░░░░░ South Carolina and I ░░░░░░░░ these frustrations And they ░░░░░░░░ t just coming from ░░░░░░░░ KEILAR Yeah Clyburn People ░░░░░░░░ was with yesterday were ░░░░░░░░ Republicans KEILAR But Clyburn ░░░░░░░░ are frustrated as well.”
