DIAZ BALART What do ░░░░░░░░ make of Chief Justice ░░░░░░░░ s comments BERGER These ░░░░░░░░ extraordinary DIAZ BALART Unusual ░░░░░░░░ Unusual This is Supreme ░░░░░░░░ justices don t like ░░░░░░░░ make comments off of ░░░░░░░░ bench They don t ░░░░░░░░ to be in the ░░░░░░░░ of having to speak ░░░░░░░░ of court this way ░░░░░░░░ really necessary And what ░░░░░░░░ have here is the ░░░░░░░░ justice saying you know ░░░░░░░░ is not the remedy ░░░░░░░░ We have a process ░░░░░░░░ when you disagree with ░░░░░░░░ court s ruling It ░░░░░░░░ called the appellate process ░░░░░░░░ is the way that ░░░░░░░░ s been done for ░░░░░░░░ years now And I ░░░░░░░░ the reason that the ░░░░░░░░ justice felt the need ░░░░░░░░ speak out is not ░░░░░░░░ the chief justice actually ░░░░░░░░ that articles of impeachment ░░░░░░░░ Judge Boasberger or any ░░░░░░░░ these judges had a ░░░░░░░░ of success right You ░░░░░░░░ 60 something votes from ░░░░░░░░ Senate to actually proceed ░░░░░░░░ you know removing a ░░░░░░░░ from office which is ░░░░░░░░ going to happen politically ░░░░░░░░ he felt the need ░░░░░░░░ say this I imagine ░░░░░░░░ this is a real ░░░░░░░░ on sort of the ░░░░░░░░ of our justice system ░░░░░░░░ impartiality of these judges ░░░░░░░░ potentially the safety of ░░░░░░░░ judges We don t ░░░░░░░░ presidents out there stirring ░░░░░░░░ up saying these are ░░░░░░░░ liberal judges or they ░░░░░░░░ so corrupt or unethical ░░░░░░░░ the chief justice is ░░░░░░░░ go through the courts ░░░░░░░░ is the proper process ░░░░░░░░ targeting judges.”
