The first six week ░░░░░░░░ of the ceasefire in ░░░░░░░░ Middle East has only ░░░░░░░░ a week to run ░░░░░░░░ the US Special Envoy ░░░░░░░░ on his way to ░░░░░░░░ region to negotiate further ░░░░░░░░ meanwhile the UN continues ░░░░░░░░ its game of false ░░░░░░░░ here s the latest ░░░░░░░░ Fox News UN Secretary ░░░░░░░░ Antonio gues in an ░░░░░░░░ before the 58th Human ░░░░░░░░ Council in Geneva ░░░░░░░░ at the start I ░░░░░░░░ t think there s ░░░░░░░░ enough focus on this ░░░░░░░░ re aware on this ░░░░░░░░ of the absolute horrors ░░░░░░░░ the terrorist atrocities conducted ░░░░░░░░ Hamas back on October ░░░░░░░░ 7th 2023 but with ░░░░░░░░ posts and Military outposts ░░░░░░░░ surveillance and Security in ░░░░░░░░ part of Israel how ░░░░░░░░ it possibly been allowed ░░░░░░░░ succeed to such an ░░░░░░░░ level H Good To ░░░░░░░░ With You Chris and ░░░░░░░░ s opening with a ░░░░░░░░ hard question it s ░░░░░░░░ question that all Israelis ░░░░░░░░ themselves how could we ░░░░░░░░ been bought ░░░░░░░░ if you if you ░░░░░░░░ got money money from ░░░░░░░░ if you let in ░░░░░░░░ 000 Palestinian workers into ░░░░░░░░ every day then Hamas ░░░░░░░░ have something to lose ░░░░░░░░ would incentivize Hamas basically ░░░░░░░░ to be a jihadist ░░░░░░░░ organization and it proved ░░░░░░░░ be false also the ░░░░░░░░ had been preparing for ░░░░░░░░ completely different type of ░░░░░░░░ the Army had become ░░░░░░░░ uh heavily dependent on ░░░░░░░░ and and rather dismissive ░░░░░░░░ uh of Palestinians uh ░░░░░░░░ most of the focus ░░░░░░░░ on hisbah in the ░░░░░░░░ which was in fact ░░░░░░░░ much greater threat with ░░░░░░░░ 000 rockets and probably ░░░░░░░░ 000 terrorists underarms hamus ░░░░░░░░ t seem to be ░░░░░░░░ competent so people just ░░░░░░░░ the time underestimated Hamas ░░░░░░░░ viciousness the fact that ░░░░░░░░ didn t care about ░░░░░░░░ money didn t care ░░░░░░░░ the safety and well ░░░░░░░░ of these Palestinian workers ░░░░░░░░ willing basically to just ░░░░░░░░ devastate the Gaza Strip ░░░░░░░░ order to kill rape ░░░░░░░░ behead and capture Jews ░░░░░░░░ that is the bottom ░░░░░░░░ Chris and we ve ░░░░░░░░ had to learn a ░░░░░░░░ very painful lesson Palestinian ░░░░░░░░ if you like continually ░░░░░░░░ to portray Hamas as ░░░░░░░░ sort of legitimate Liberation ░░░░░░░░ for the Palestinian people ░░░░░░░░ it s not is ░░░░░░░░ it s it s ░░░░░░░░ islamist extremist jihadist outfit ░░░░░░░░ has been since the ░░░░░░░░ go and tends to ░░░░░░░░ the plight of the ░░░░░░░░ Palestinian people to to ░░░░░░░░ achieve that goal to ░░░░░░░░ to follow that lead ░░░░░░░░ the difference to us ░░░░░░░░ what it means well ░░░░░░░░ word Palestine doesn t ░░░░░░░░ appear in the name ░░░░░░░░ Hamas is an Arabic ░░░░░░░░ for the Islamic Liberation ░░░░░░░░ it s it s ░░░░░░░░ transform Palestine as they ░░░░░░░░ it into an Islamic ░░░░░░░░ and then that Islamic ░░░░░░░░ will expand across the ░░░░░░░░ East and then from ░░░░░░░░ Middle East it will ░░░░░░░░ en Encompass the entire ░░░░░░░░ and recreate a a ░░░░░░░░ uh Islamic Kingdom Under ░░░░░░░░ caliphate and in that ░░░░░░░░ hamus is no different ░░░░░░░░ ISIS no different than ░░░░░░░░ Qaeda uh no different ░░░░░░░░ the Muslim Brotherhood amas ░░░░░░░░ actually an offshoot of ░░░░░░░░ Muslim Brotherhood the same ░░░░░░░░ s not so much ░░░░░░░░ ideolog ideology Chris is ░░░░░░░░ a theology uh and ░░░░░░░░ they are determined to ░░░░░░░░ Israel to kill its ░░░░░░░░ uh they are not ░░░░░░░░ favor of a two ░░░░░░░░ state solution they reject ░░░░░░░░ two state solution um ░░░░░░░░ ve been involved Israeli ░░░░░░░░ affairs now for over ░░░░░░░░ years I started as ░░░░░░░░ adviser to isak Rabin ░░░░░░░░ ve been involved in ░░░░░░░░ process every time we ░░░░░░░░ any type of progress ░░░░░░░░ peace Hamas came out ░░░░░░░░ not only killed Israelis ░░░░░░░░ killed Palestinians uh any ░░░░░░░░ in favor of Peace ░░░░░░░░ thrown off a rooftop ░░░░░░░░ by Hamas in Gaza ░░░░░░░░ had his body dragged ░░░░░░░░ the streets uh of ░░░░░░░░ with a motorcycle that ░░░░░░░░ is Hamas and these ░░░░░░░░ are out protesting for ░░░░░░░░ and think it s ░░░░░░░░ peace organization think it ░░░░░░░░ a Palestinian national organization ░░░░░░░░ all wrong and if ░░░░░░░░ had had these protests ░░░░░░░░ Gaza the same people ░░░░░░░░ today be dead so ░░░░░░░░ at the situation we ░░░░░░░░ today a peace fire ░░░░░░░░ s tenuous that is ░░░░░░░░ for a while most ░░░░░░░░ the hostages Dead or ░░░░░░░░ have been returned to ░░░░░░░░ but there are still ░░░░░░░░ than 50 outstanding again ░░░░░░░░ and alive a horrible ░░░░░░░░ trading that s going ░░░░░░░░ but um Hamas are ░░░░░░░░ still in control openly ░░░░░░░░ their soldiers now heavily ░░░░░░░░ and faces masks in ░░░░░░░░ um what happens next ░░░░░░░░ clearly Hamas needs to ░░░░░░░░ removed from Gaza uh ░░░░░░░░ how can this um ░░░░░░░░ can this peace be ░░░░░░░░ be made permanent and ░░░░░░░░ can you also control ░░░░░░░░ s influence o over ░░░░░░░░ of this all excellent ░░░░░░░░ thank you Chris uh ░░░░░░░░ fact the matter is ░░░░░░░░ are a number of ░░░░░░░░ after scenarios uh there ░░░░░░░░ Egyptian Saudi proposal you ░░░░░░░░ all heard about the ░░░░░░░░ proposal about transforming uh ░░░░░░░░ into a Mediterranean Riviera ░░░░░░░░ they all sound very ░░░░░░░░ on paper the fact ░░░░░░░░ is nothing nothing can ░░░░░░░░ in Gaza for the ░░░░░░░░ of Gaza the transformation ░░░░░░░░ Gaza into a peaceful ░░░░░░░░ peaceful neighbor for the ░░░░░░░░ of Israel as long ░░░░░░░░ Hamas was is there ░░░░░░░░ long as Hamas has ░░░░░░░░ guns uh Israel killed ░░░░░░░░ 20 000 terrorists during ░░░░░░░░ war 10 000 are ░░░░░░░░ there you see them ░░░░░░░░ these pictures they still ░░░░░░░░ the guns and they ░░░░░░░░ have the they still ░░░░░░░░ our hostages about 30 ░░░░░░░░ We Believe are Left ░░░░░░░░ we have to get ░░░░░░░░ back willing to pay ░░░░░░░░ very steep price to ░░░░░░░░ them back but at ░░░░░░░░ end of the day ░░░░░░░░ will happen with Gaza ░░░░░░░░ long as hamus was ░░░░░░░░ and not demilitarized and ░░░░░░░░ there s only one ░░░░░░░░ to demilitarize Hamas and ░░░░░░░░ s through the Israeli ░░░░░░░░ but the ultimate ultimate ░░░░░░░░ for uh for for ░░░░░░░░ Gaza into a peaceful ░░░░░░░░ is by addressing the ░░░░░░░░ threat because Iran is ░░░░░░░░ for 99 of all ░░░░░░░░ violence throughout the entire ░░░░░░░░ East they re the ░░░░░░░░ of hisbah of the ░░░░░░░░ in Yemen uh the ░░░░░░░░ militias in Iraq and ░░░░░░░░ and of course Hamas ░░░░░░░░ Gaza and so Israel ░░░░░░░░ with the United States ░░░░░░░░ don t know whether ░░░░░░░░ s it s physically ░░░░░░░░ the United States or ░░░░░░░░ with the United States ░░░░░░░░ have to address the ░░░░░░░░ threat and once you ░░░░░░░░ the Iranian threat then ░░░░░░░░ hisbah all these terrorist ░░░░░░░░ will be cut off ░░░░░░░░ their main supplier and ░░░░░░░░ will Wither on the ░░░░░░░░ yes indeed uh that ░░░░░░░░ the big
