LANZA First of all ░░░░░░░░ s very very tragic ░░░░░░░░ mean I have a ░░░░░░░░ child two young kids ░░░░░░░░ you always live in ░░░░░░░░ fear of the outside ░░░░░░░░ how they re going ░░░░░░░░ affect them And so ░░░░░░░░ parents as parents me ░░░░░░░░ my wife we constantly ░░░░░░░░ about that and so ░░░░░░░░ obviously hurt for the ░░░░░░░░ what they go through ░░░░░░░░ you know listen I ░░░░░░░░ a Mexican mom I ░░░░░░░░ a Bolivian dad I ░░░░░░░░ up in East Los ░░░░░░░░ We ve always lived ░░░░░░░░ the fear of la ░░░░░░░░ coming to our neighborhoods ░░░░░░░░ know that has always ░░░░░░░░ that wasn t a ░░░░░░░░ was during Reagan That ░░░░░░░░ during Clinton That was ░░░░░░░░ Bush You know that ░░░░░░░░ always been there LANDRIEU ░░░░░░░░ True LANZA So I ░░░░░░░░ we sort of weaken ░░░░░░░░ argument when we just ░░░░░░░░ to tie it to ░░░░░░░░ directly LANDRIEU Well but ░░░░░░░░ haven t had a ░░░░░░░░ you have not had ░░░░░░░░ president like Trump use ░░░░░░░░ language that he s ░░░░░░░░ as aggressively as he ░░░░░░░░ used it amongst you ░░░░░░░░ name every one of ░░░░░░░░ presidents you re right ░░░░░░░░ Reagan and all of ░░░░░░░░ spoke in a different ░░░░░░░░ MALDONADO And None of ░░░░░░░░ got more Latino votes ░░░░░░░░ Donald J Trump did ░░░░░░░░ That s true but ░░░░░░░░ doesn t MALDONADO None ░░░░░░░░ them got more votes ░░░░░░░░ That doesn t make ░░░░░░░░ less cruel.”
