(SIDNER What do you ░░░░░░░░ of Elon s war ░░░░░░░░ USAID APPLEBAUM The goal ░░░░░░░░ doing this seems to ░░░░░░░░ been to traumatize the ░░░░░░░░ who work for USAID ░░░░░░░░ also to traumatize people ░░░░░░░░ work for other government ░░░░░░░░ I mean everybody saw ░░░░░░░░ happened right that USAID ░░░░░░░░ from one day to ░░░░░░░░ next destroyed This is ░░░░░░░░ congressionally created institution and ░░░░░░░░ had no voice in ░░░░░░░░ it And its members ░░░░░░░░ smeared and its goals ░░░░░░░░ distorted And now everybody ░░░░░░░░ works for any other ░░░░░░░░ of the federal government ░░░░░░░░ that the same thing ░░░░░░░░ happen to them So ░░░░░░░░ purpose of doing that ░░░░░░░░ at the beginning particularly ░░░░░░░░ like foreign aid which ░░░░░░░░ maybe less well understood ░░░░░░░░ it should be among ░░░░░░░░ Americans the purpose of ░░░░░░░░ that was to frighten ░░░░░░░░ people and to make ░░░░░░░░ people in other parts ░░░░░░░░ the government aware that ░░░░░░░░ any moment they could ░░░░░░░░ the targets of that ░░░░░░░░ of campaign, too.”
