Rogan What s fascinating ░░░░░░░░ now is we re ░░░░░░░░ a chance to see ░░░░░░░░ happens when you take ░░░░░░░░ business approach to the ░░░░░░░░ in the White House ░░░░░░░░ re seeing right now ░░░░░░░░ this whole USAID thing ░░░░░░░░ they re uncovering massive ░░░░░░░░ of corruption and waste ░░░░░░░░ just a lot of ░░░░░░░░ shady shit with NGOs ░░░░░░░░ where an enormous amount ░░░░░░░░ money is going and ░░░░░░░░ re seeing someone look ░░░░░░░░ this thing that is ░░░░░░░░ efficient almost by design ░░░░░░░░ instead of saying like ░░░░░░░░ this is just how ░░░░░░░░ is and this is ░░░░░░░░ these politicians get funded ░░░░░░░░ let s just keep ░░░░░░░░ thing going the same ░░░░░░░░ it is and make ░░░░░░░░ incremental changes to try ░░░░░░░░ make people happy so ░░░░░░░░ still get elected Instead ░░░░░░░░ that you re seeing ░░░░░░░░ politician a president who ░░░░░░░░ coming in who can ░░░░░░░░ get reelected so he ░░░░░░░░ just going ham and ░░░░░░░░ s just cleaning out ░░░░░░░░ and people are freaking ░░░░░░░░ The same people that ░░░░░░░░ we need radical change ░░░░░░░░ need radical change We ░░░░░░░░ got corruption We need ░░░░░░░░ change Okay well here ░░░░░░░░ your radical change We ░░░░░░░░ t need this But ░░░░░░░░ do The government does ░░░░░░░░ need oversight and they ░░░░░░░░ t had that And ░░░░░░░░ of that you re ░░░░░░░░ this not just waste ░░░░░░░░ could call it waste ░░░░░░░░ it s deeper it ░░░░░░░░ deeper than waste it ░░░░░░░░ corruption And you re ░░░░░░░░ that corruption get weeded ░░░░░░░░ I am hoping that ░░░░░░░░ is successful and that ░░░░░░░░ yields a benefit to ░░░░░░░░ American people to the ░░░░░░░░ class people to everybody ░░░░░░░░ they recognize like hey ░░░░░░░░ can t just be ░░░░░░░░ all our fucking tax ░░░░░░░░ on nonsense And it ░░░░░░░░ should be done with ░░░░░░░░ real clear understanding of ░░░░░░░░ results If that happens ░░░░░░░░ that idea spreads across ░░░░░░░░ country because ideas spread ░░░░░░░░ people change their minds ░░░░░░░░ you know and sometimes ░░░░░░░░ happens One guy in ░░░░░░░░ neighborhood go you know ░░░░░░░░ Fuck this I m ░░░░░░░░ up And then everybody ░░░░░░░░ be like yeah I ░░░░░░░░ been kind of thinking ░░░░░░░░ too I just didn ░░░░░░░░ want to say it ░░░░░░░░ That s exactly right ░░░░░░░░ Rogan And then people ░░░░░░░░ talking and then it ░░░░░░░░ not a scary thing ░░░░░░░░ discuss anymore CARUSO That ░░░░░░░░ right.”
