(TAPPER Based on what ░░░░░░░░ saw when you were ░░░░░░░░ the Los Angeles area ░░░░░░░░ much of a factor ░░░░░░░░ these water supply issues ░░░░░░░░ in hampering efforts to ░░░░░░░░ the fires CRISWELL You ░░░░░░░░ I ll defer to ░░░░░░░░ experts in California about ░░░░░░░░ they were using and ░░░░░░░░ impact that had I ░░░░░░░░ know that that there ░░░░░░░░ so many fire starts ░░░░░░░░ the same time and ░░░░░░░░ it really did put ░░░░░░░░ strain on the water ░░░░░░░░ in the early hours ░░░░░░░░ early days of this ░░░░░░░░ effort But they know ░░░░░░░░ what they had worked ░░░░░░░░ And the investigation I ░░░░░░░░ sure will show additional ░░░░░░░░ I think the biggest ░░░░░░░░ is to still focus ░░░░░░░░ the fact that we ░░░░░░░░ have fires to put ░░░░░░░░ and that they re ░░░░░░░░ in the resources necessary ░░░░░░░░ help them do that.”
