going one way ░░░░░░░░ the other What did ░░░░░░░░ think leaving Constitutional cases ░░░░░░░░ the court and you ░░░░░░░░ want to speculate about ░░░░░░░░ it will do but ░░░░░░░░ listening to the questions ░░░░░░░░ think what was very ░░░░░░░░ was that the U ░░░░░░░░ The Department of Justice ░░░░░░░░ quickly walking back any ░░░░░░░░ or suggestion that there ░░░░░░░░ overwhelming scientific support for ░░░░░░░░ because there s not ░░░░░░░░ in that in the ░░░░░░░░ of that the justices ░░░░░░░░ hearing again and again ░░░░░░░░ the studies and how ░░░░░░░░ led out on this ░░░░░░░░ in pushing this gender ░░░░░░░░ and now they re ░░░░░░░░ quick retreat because they ░░░░░░░░ seeing the tangible physical ░░░░░░░░ to kids Completely settled ░░░░░░░░ I mean that is ░░░░░░░░ truth though And one ░░░░░░░░ s needed medical care ░░░░░░░░ another person s child ░░░░░░░░ This is an issue ░░░░░░░░ a lot of Americans ░░░░░░░░ at and they re ░░░░░░░░ on this right So ░░░░░░░░ are clear though what ░░░░░░░░ can mean for trans ░░░░░░░░ who don t receive ░░░░░░░░ treatment when they re ░░░░░░░░ it that there can ░░░░░░░░ an increase in suicide ░░░░░░░░ an increase in suicide ░░░░░░░░ some of these laws ░░░░░░░░ emphasized in states how ░░░░░░░░ you balance that Ways ░░░░░░░░ of all that s ░░░░░░░░ role of the legislature ░░░░░░░░ balance benefits and risks ░░░░░░░░ I would disagree with ░░░░░░░░ little or no evidence ░░░░░░░░ support them And the ░░░░░░░░ are off the charts ░░░░░░░░ in terms of those ░░░░░░░░ they re very tangible ░░░░░░░░ a woman like patricia ░░░░░░░░ who at 14 was ░░░░░░░░ assaulted 1516 diagnosed with ░░░░░░░░ mental illness by 18 ░░░░░░░░ has testosterone in her ░░░░░░░░ removed and her shoulders ░░░░░░░░ too wide to support ░░░░░░░░ hips She has to ░░░░░░░░ she didn t lose ░░░░░░░░ fertility but many do ░░░░░░░░ this process no child ░░░░░░░░ equipped to make those ░░░░░░░░ when they re a ░░░░░░░░ as to whether they ░░░░░░░░ sexual dysfunction that comes ░░░░░░░░ they want to lose ░░░░░░░░ chance to have a ░░░░░░░░ to feel their baby ░░░░░░░░ their chest And so ░░░░░░░░ today in terms of ░░░░░░░░ suicide and suicidality it ░░░░░░░░ up in court as ░░░░░░░░ And the evidence suggests ░░░░░░░░ also if you have ░░░░░░░░ puberty blockers and cross ░░░░░░░░ hormones your chances of ░░░░░░░░ actually increase rather than ░░░░░░░░ So even if this ░░░░░░░░ unsettled we shouldn t ░░░░░░░░ a right You well ░░░░░░░░ and you ve heard ░░░░░░░░ they ll disagree with ░░░░░░░░ on that And some ░░░░░░░░ them will say these ░░░░░░░░ the kinds of treatments ░░░░░░░░ have saved their lives ░░░░░░░░ that can save lives ░░░░░░░░ this argument you hear ░░░░░░░░ on the other side ░░░░░░░░ wonder you tweeted it ░░░░░░░░ insidious to tell vulnerable ░░░░░░░░ they are born in ░░░░░░░░ wrong body and lead ░░░░░░░░ down a path full ░░░░░░░░ irreversible consequences But what ░░░░░░░░ you do about this ░░░░░░░░ a lot of times ░░░░░░░░ do hear stories it ░░░░░░░░ not the adults telling ░░░░░░░░ kids it s actually ░░░░░░░░ times the kids telling ░░░░░░░░ adults some of whom ░░░░░░░░ reticent to fully embrace ░░░░░░░░ that may mean Parents ░░░░░░░░ about this They re ░░░░░░░░ the ones putting this ░░░░░░░░ their in their child ░░░░░░░░ head so what do ░░░░░░░░ say to those parents ░░░░░░░░ to see a child ░░░░░░░░ is in need and ░░░░░░░░ expressing confusion and it ░░░░░░░░ interesting that this explosion ░░░░░░░░ children who are experiencing ░░░░░░░░ aligns with what they ░░░░░░░░ seeing in social media ░░░░░░░░ an explosion in social ░░░░░░░░ This is not typical ░░░░░░░░ this to happen while ░░░░░░░░ number of adults who ░░░░░░░░ to identify as the ░░░░░░░░ sex has remained constant ░░░░░░░░ our kids are experiencing ░░░░░░░░ kinds of crisis And ░░░░░░░░ s not just in ░░░░░░░░ issue So I think ░░░░░░░░ suggests there s a ░░░░░░░░ need and a deeper ░░░░░░░░ that we need to ░░░░░░░░ But I want to ░░░░░░░░ it back to what ░░░░░░░░ before the court today ░░░░░░░░ is that the evidence ░░░░░░░░ medicine would suggest we ░░░░░░░░ t constitutionalize a right ░░░░░░░░ experiment on our kids ░░░░░░░░ this right now is ░░░░░░░░ experiment And so far ░░░░░░░░ we see is far ░░░░░░░░ evidence suggesting it brings ░░░░░░░░ tangible long term and ░░░░░░░░ harm to them You ░░░░░░░░ you re talking about ░░░░░░░░ course what is before ░░░░░░░░ court today the adf ░░░░░░░░ been involved in so ░░░░░░░░ different cases This one ░░░░░░░░ but also when it ░░░░░░░░ to workplace discrimination the ░░░░░░░░ case I mentioned trans ░░░░░░░░ in sports parental consent ░░░░░░░░ lessons about gender identity ░░░░░░░░ restriction for trans minors ░░░░░░░░ s some of the ░░░░░░░░ stuff and some of ░░░░░░░░ adult stuff with the ░░░░░░░░ But there s also ░░░░░░░░ having to do with ░░░░░░░░ having to do with ░░░░░░░░ adults It s not ░░░░░░░░ the kids that adf ░░░░░░░░ focused on I wonder ░░░░░░░░ you know and there ░░░░░░░░ people who agree with ░░░░░░░░ but do you ever ░░░░░░░░ that these anti trans ░░░░░░░░ and stances may not ░░░░░░░░ well That not standing ░░░░░░░░ in this moment and ░░░░░░░░ standing for children and ░░░░░░░░ biological reality that is ░░░░░░░░ critical in this moment ░░░░░░░░ re seeing this ideology ░░░░░░░░ s being used to ░░░░░░░░ parents as you say ░░░░░░░░ causes such concern with ░░░░░░░░ parent When a medical ░░░░░░░░ that s misguided is ░░░░░░░░ your your child needs ░░░░░░░░ choose between suicide or ░░░░░░░░ you pump their body ░░░░░░░░ drugs that is not ░░░░░░░░ to allow them to ░░░░░░░░ develop What kind of ░░░░░░░░ is that for a ░░░░░░░░ when the science actually ░░░░░░░░ it will bring harm ░░░░░░░░ the child So I ░░░░░░░░ we re on the ░░░░░░░░ side of this but ░░░░░░░░ children deserve compassion And ░░░░░░░░ isn t it It ░░░░░░░░ look like it but ░░░░░░░░ s deeply misguided not ░░░░░░░░ kids To get at ░░░░░░░░ you You re talking ░░░░░░░░ kids And this case the law ░░░░░░░░ t recognize relevant biological ░░░░░░░░ it s largely women ░░░░░░░░ girls like us who ░░░░░░░░ going to face harm ░░░░░░░░ the women s sports ░░░░░░░░ Americans are waking up ░░░░░░░░ see this extreme danger ░░░░░░░░ loss of women s ░░░░░░░░ and equal opportunities the ░░░░░░░░ of their privacy in ░░░░░░░░ rooms and locker rooms ░░░░░░░░ well as their safety ░░░░░░░░ are being harmed from ░░░░░░░░ to compete against men ░░░░░░░░ have a 10 to ░░░░░░░░ physical advantage over them ░░░░░░░░ no amount of puberty ░░░░░░░░ and cross sex hormones ░░░░░░░░ yeah and the point ░░░░░░░░ it s not just ░░░░░░░░ kids Only about children ░░░░░░░░ this realm Creating this ░░░░░░░░ to try to put ░░░░░░░░ in it and to ░░░░░░░░ that we aren t ░░░░░░░░ all people Body of ░░░░░░░░ of your organization Ideology ░░░░░░░░ and the transgender ideology ░░░░░░░░ s being pushed on ░░░░░░░░ right now has gone ░░░░░░░░ far that it s ░░░░░░░░ to silence people It ░░░░░░░░ bullying them and ░░░░░░░░ not a constitutional right ░░░░░░░░ engage in experimental surgeries ░░░░░░░░ cause a child to ░░░░░░░░ their their fertility what ░░░░░░░░ What girl is knows ░░░░░░░░ she s going to ░░░░░░░░ to have a baby ░░░░░░░░ term or what testosterone ░░░░░░░░ do to her uterus ░░░░░░░░ that she will increase ░░░░░░░░ risk of heart attack ░░░░░░░░ taking some drugs some ░░░░░░░░ them do no no
