PLOUFFE Having been through ░░░░░░░░ you know some time ░░░░░░░░ but then witnessing again ░░░░░░░░ time we have to ░░░░░░░░ playing a different game ░░░░░░░░ it relates to super ░░░░░░░░ than the Republicans Love ░░░░░░░░ Democratic lawyers I m ░░░░░░░░ of it OK They ░░░░░░░░ more than we do ░░░░░░░░ think amongst themselves I ░░░░░░░░ with the presidential campaign ░░░░░░░░ I m just sick ░░░░░░░░ tired of it OK ░░░░░░░░ we cannot be at ░░░░░░░░ disadvantage number one Number ░░░░░░░░ to Jen s point ░░░░░░░░ think you don t ░░░░░░░░ duplication but I think ░░░░░░░░ multiple players on the ░░░░░░░░ as long as they ░░░░░░░░ well coordinated is great ░░░░░░░░ back in 20 you ░░░░░░░░ I spent a bunch ░░░░░░░░ time with Tara McGowan ░░░░░░░░ now runs Courier with ░░░░░░░░ and all we did ░░░░░░░░ think was 80 or ░░░░░░░░ million dollars which was ░░░░░░░░ was great We only ░░░░░░░░ digital low information voters ░░░░░░░░ So whatever future forward ░░░░░░░░ doing we were very ░░░░░░░░ on that particularly low ░░░░░░░░ voters of color So ░░░░░░░░ think to have an ░░░░░░░░ where whether it s ░░░░░░░░ issues like reproductive health ░░░░░░░░ climate or you know ░░░░░░░░ or health care or ░░░░░░░░ specific lane that you ░░░░░░░░ focused on in terms ░░░░░░░░ messaging I think that ░░░░░░░░ really really important I ░░░░░░░░ that they tend to ░░░░░░░░ more entities that are ░░░░░░░░ know to Stephanie s ░░░░░░░░ clearly it is not ░░░░░░░░ what they re doing ░░░░░░░░ we are at a ░░░░░░░░ when our folks are ░░░░░░░░ by a different set ░░░░░░░░ rules than they are ░░░░░░░░ mean I remember going ░░░░░░░░ to 2012 you guys ░░░░░░░░ remember this like Mitt ░░░░░░░░ s running around the ░░░░░░░░ asking for specific dollar ░░░░░░░░ at super PAC events ░░░░░░░░ we were told that ░░░░░░░░ Obama couldn t even ░░░░░░░░ them OK O MALLEY ░░░░░░░░ He had to leave ░░░░░░░░ room PLOUFFE So like ░░░░░░░░ The one event one ░░░░░░░░ one event I think ░░░░░░░░ PLOUFFE Right So I ░░░░░░░░ think at the end ░░░░░░░░ the day this is ░░░░░░░░ Again this is not ░░░░░░░░ the top of the ░░░░░░░░ That we had a ░░░░░░░░ outcome here but you ░░░░░░░░ to win close races ░░░░░░░░ kind of want to ░░░░░░░░ maximizing every piece of ░░░░░░░░ arsenal And so I ░░░░░░░░ this is something we ░░░░░░░░ really have to reflect ░░░░░░░░ and and make some ░░░░░░░░ going forward.”
