RUSH TRANSCRIPT America Right ░░░░░░░░ I m Tom Basile ░░░░░░░░ new kind of war ░░░░░░░░ women has emerged in ░░░░░░░░ politics and society over ░░░░░░░░ last few years one ░░░░░░░░ is already threatening the ░░░░░░░░ and the safety of ░░░░░░░░ and girls and their ░░░░░░░░ to achieve all driven ░░░░░░░░ a radical left wing ░░░░░░░░ There is a militancy ░░░░░░░░ this trans movement to ░░░░░░░░ sure and those who ░░░░░░░░ in the way pay ░░░░░░░░ price But more women ░░░░░░░░ speaking out against allowing ░░░░░░░░ gender ideology Many of ░░░░░░░░ are following the lead ░░░░░░░░ a woman executive who ░░░░░░░░ up to the woke ░░░░░░░░ Former brand president of ░░░░░░░░ strauss and company a ░░░░░░░░ national gymnastics champion and ░░░░░░░░ of levi s unbuttoned ░░░░░░░░ woke mob took my ░░░░░░░░ but gave me my ░░░░░░░░ Jennifer kaye joins us ░░░░░░░░ Jennifer So very special ░░░░░░░░ have you with us ░░░░░░░░ are also the founder ░░░░░░░░ CEO of the new ░░░░░░░░ athletic line We re ░░░░░░░░ to talk about that ░░░░░░░░ just a minute But ░░░░░░░░ fought against the school ░░░░░░░░ That s kind of ░░░░░░░░ this sort of started ░░░░░░░░ you during Covid You ░░░░░░░░ against the mandates and ░░░░░░░░ you re standing up ░░░░░░░░ women s sports and ░░░░░░░░ s privacy Tell us ░░░░░░░░ little bit about your ░░░░░░░░ journey Yeah I m ░░░░░░░░ to go back slightly ░░░░░░░░ I won t take ░░░░░░░░ much time but I ░░░░░░░░ an elite gymnast national ░░░░░░░░ in 1986 and as ░░░░░░░░ now knows the sport ░░░░░░░░ rife with abuse emotional ░░░░░░░░ and sexual abuse We ░░░░░░░░ learned this from the ░░░░░░░░ of Larry Nassar the ░░░░░░░░ team doctor for usa ░░░░░░░░ I was the first ░░░░░░░░ gymnast to write about ░░░░░░░░ in 2008 and to ░░░░░░░░ out about it and ░░░░░░░░ I ve spent the ░░░░░░░░ part of the last ░░░░░░░░ years standing up for ░░░░░░░░ athletes and their ability ░░░░░░░░ train safely within the ░░░░░░░░ movement So you know ░░░░░░░░ m not new to ░░░░░░░░ territory And while that ░░░░░░░░ sound like it shouldn ░░░░░░░░ be controversial it was ░░░░░░░░ controversial to stand up ░░░░░░░░ say this back in ░░░░░░░░ And you know I ░░░░░░░░ most of my friends ░░░░░░░░ teammates as connections when ░░░░░░░░ when I did this ░░░░░░░░ you were not supposed ░░░░░░░░ criticize respected coaches I ░░░░░░░░ a successful executive at ░░░░░░░░ s for many years ░░░░░░░░ spent 23 years there ░░░░░░░░ was the brand president ░░░░░░░░ the end of that ░░░░░░░░ and you know coinciding ░░░░░░░░ that I was very ░░░░░░░░ about the school closures ░░░░░░░░ Covid and all the ░░░░░░░░ to children It became ░░░░░░░░ difficult to live in ░░░░░░░░ woke San Francisco As ░░░░░░░░ might imagine And so ░░░░░░░░ picked up my family ░░░░░░░░ moved to Colorado so ░░░░░░░░ my children could go ░░░░░░░░ school that was a ░░░░░░░░ for me My children ░░░░░░░░ family are always a ░░░░░░░░ And you know ultimately ░░░░░░░░ was really kind of ░░░░░░░░ by the citizens of ░░░░░░░░ Francisco as well as ░░░░░░░░ own friend group And ░░░░░░░░ just you know I ░░░░░░░░ to step outside of ░░░░░░░░ And so eventually I ░░░░░░░░ resign from levi s ░░░░░░░░ now I ve started ░░░░░░░░ own brand Yeah You ░░░░░░░░ this is it s ░░░░░░░░ Always the way things ░░░░░░░░ And our family my ░░░░░░░░ we relocated because of ░░░░░░░░ we what we call ░░░░░░░░ communism here in New ░░░░░░░░ We moved to Tennessee ░░░░░░░░ lot of other people ░░░░░░░░ have migrated Yeah It ░░░░░░░░ have been very difficult ░░░░░░░░ you personally at the ░░░░░░░░ but have you found ░░░░░░░░ this has given you ░░░░░░░░ this greater sense of ░░░░░░░░ and a much more ░░░░░░░░ voice where you are ░░░░░░░░ Oh my goodness yes ░░░░░░░░ was just talking about ░░░░░░░░ with some new friends ░░░░░░░░ an event I attended ░░░░░░░░ night Every once in ░░░░░░░░ while I ll pause ░░░░░░░░ think should I write ░░░░░░░░ Should I write an ░░░░░░░░ ed on this Should ░░░░░░░░ tweet that and I ░░░░░░░░ I can do whatever ░░░░░░░░ want I can say ░░░░░░░░ I want I can ░░░░░░░░ whatever I think who ░░░░░░░░ going to get mad ░░░░░░░░ me Me I own ░░░░░░░░ company So you know ░░░░░░░░ this company is very ░░░░░░░░ rooted in my own ░░░░░░░░ for female athletes my ░░░░░░░░ to speak truth to ░░░░░░░░ and say inconvenient very ░░░░░░░░ but true things and ░░░░░░░░ it s almost incumbent ░░░░░░░░ me incumbent incumbent upon ░░░░░░░░ to continue doing that ░░░░░░░░ that is really the ░░░░░░░░ and the strength of ░░░░░░░░ brand in addition to ░░░░░░░░ fact that we are ░░░░░░░░ only athletic brand willing ░░░░░░░░ truly stand up for ░░░░░░░░ athletes and the protection ░░░░░░░░ women s sports so ░░░░░░░░ just launched this xxy ░░░░░░░░ and it is the ░░░░░░░░ known athletic clothing brand ░░░░░░░░ really is standing up ░░░░░░░░ women s sports Yet ░░░░░░░░ are seeing the ruthless ░░░░░░░░ intolerant nature of of ░░░░░░░░ trans movement and the ░░░░░░░░ movement Other major corporations ░░░░░░░░ also removing women from ░░░░░░░░ for for speaking out ░░░░░░░░ women s sports ESPN ░░░░░░░░ Sam ponder the latest ░░░░░░░░ out of her job ░░░░░░░░ posting several times against ░░░░░░░░ in female sports and ░░░░░░░░ course women s privacy ░░░░░░░░ safety is being threatened ░░░░░░░░ as well We heard ░░░░░░░░ much this week Jennifer ░░░░░░░░ women s rights at ░░░░░░░░ Democratic National Convention And ░░░░░░░░ nominated a woman to ░░░░░░░░ their ticket But when ░░░░░░░░ party can t define ░░░░░░░░ woman and advances policies ░░░░░░░░ these you know do ░░░░░░░░ really represent women s ░░░░░░░░ any longer No look ░░░░░░░░ m a former long ░░░░░░░░ Democrat I stepped away ░░░░░░░░ the party because of ░░░░░░░░ and the incredibly illiberal ░░░░░░░░ that the Democratic Party ░░░░░░░░ only implemented but stuck ░░░░░░░░ for way longer you ░░░░░░░░ way past when we ░░░░░░░░ that they were harmful ░░░░░░░░ I m insulted by ░░░░░░░░ fact that the Democratic ░░░░░░░░ thinks as a woman ░░░░░░░░ only care about the ░░░░░░░░ issue And reproductive health ░░░░░░░░ as they would call ░░░░░░░░ of course that s ░░░░░░░░ the only thing that ░░░░░░░░ care for care about ░░░░░░░░ how can you as ░░░░░░░░ party say that you ░░░░░░░░ protect my rights as ░░░░░░░░ woman when you can ░░░░░░░░ even define what a ░░░░░░░░ is This very administration ░░░░░░░░ title nine and redefined ░░░░░░░░ Redefine the original meaning ░░░░░░░░ title nine and replace ░░░░░░░░ based rights with those ░░░░░░░░ gender identity that erases ░░░░░░░░ s sex based rights ░░░░░░░░ the education system So ░░░░░░░░ I do not trust ░░░░░░░░ party to protect the ░░░░░░░░ of women They don ░░░░░░░░ even know what a ░░░░░░░░ is Yeah so absolutely ░░░░░░░░ Jennifer real quick for ░░░░░░░░ because unfortunately we re ░░░░░░░░ of time
